Quiet and a convenient locations to restaurants, stores, and my training location.

The property managers were accommodating. My flight was canceled and had to show up the next day and i was able to maintain my reservation. The entire property is quiet and had no disturbances at all. Jack was awesome during check in. Wi-Fi is fast and the TV has all the streaming services. Washer and dryer on the back patio.

This place was really nice, quiet, and comfortable to stay at. Stores are not too far from where the place is and a gas station is close by. The apartment nearly had everything needed inside for any individual, group of friends, business travelers, or families to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to know that there is hot water, wifi, and a coin laundry/dryer available on site. Staff were nice and helpful during our time of stay too. They were either available in person or through text messaging. Lastly, checking in and checking out was really easy. I wouldn't mind coming back to stay here again along with my family.

I stayed here for a work trip and brought my wife along — it turned out to be an amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for both work and downtime. The location was convenient, and the hosts made sure every detail was taken care of. It was the perfect balance of business and relaxation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Everyone was so nice and the pay-less was walking distance from the place. The place was clean and organized, the place had its own vibe and it was amazing. My husband and I stayed from Feb to April and the whole time was a like I was back home with family because they really will look out and take care of you. I really do appreciate this place so much, I was sad when we had to go.

Spacious, with enough room for everyone in my group. Host was very understanding when I needed to change booking to accommodate my group size. Also there was a washer and dryer. Super useful! Location was central to everything that I needed to go.

Great location and close to everything. Dina is the best host ever. Aileen is very nice and friendly and working hard to keep the place clean and nice.

I loved the location! It was clean, quiet and I felt safe! Access to the beach was a plus for me as well. The property is outside the touristy Tumon, but close enough to enjoy Tumon when I wanted.

the space is very big AC inside room and the living room. the most important really love about this place the laundry was hiding inside wow I can't explain how nice and beautiful this place was..
