Wonderful location. Close walking distance to the ancient city walls and old city. Right there, actually! Beautiful, clean, well-kept apartment, wide-open views to the balcony facing the ocean! Lovely Mediterranean views!! Sweet touches of "welcome home" by the thoughtful hosts. Dora greeted us warmly and was very available to help with anything we needed. Thank you, Villa Ankora. We would certainly come back and enjoy this lovely place again! It is all breath-taking!

Villa Filaus is a beautifully restored building outside the old city center of Dubrovnik. The host Anita met me upon arrival and she was so kind and helpful :) My room (with a small balcony with a table and chairs, for which Anita also provided a sun umbrella) was bright, quiet and very comfortable, including nice pillows and a nice shower/bathroom. The location is about a 40-minute walk away from the old city of Dubrovnik (or there's a bus, which I didn't end up taking), but if you don't mind walking it affords some beautiful seaside views (as well as several coffee shops, restaurants, and bars) along the way. There are supposed to be a nice promenade and a beach in the hotel's neighborhood as well, but unfortunately I didn't have time to explore them. There are a coffee bar, bakery, and grocery store within about a two-minute walk from the property. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for one night. Very good location, just in front of Main Bus station and cruise port. Simple accommodation, don’t expect much, but for the price we payed, was perfect. The rooms are upstairs, have air conditioning and tv. small room. They provide towels and a hand soap, no amenities. The check in is the restaurant with waiters, on the ground floor of the building, the staff are very friendly! The restaurant is very convenient with good food and fair prices.

We stayed at this charming apartment for one night during our trip to Dubrovnik, and it was the perfect choice for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Located just a minute’s walk from the main pedestrian street (Stradun), the apartment offers an unbeatable location — quiet enough to relax, yet close to all the main attractions. The views over the Old Town rooftops were absolutely stunning, and the historic atmosphere made the whole experience feel magical. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with two amazing king-sized beds that made for a great night's sleep. Everything was thoughtfully furnished, and the combination of modern comfort with local charm was spot on. It was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring — cool, quiet, and relaxing, with excellent air conditioning (a must in August!). The layout worked perfectly for our family, and we felt right at home. The host was friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see even with our short stay. In short, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik — especially families looking for comfort in the heart of the Old Town.

The hosts are wonderful! It was like having my own personal guide to any question about Dubrovnik! Highly recommend this apartment. Note that there are stairs to get to the center of town, but well worth the walk as you can see many wonderful, quaint restaurants. It is very close to the tram.

The view, the apartment, the service, actually everything about this spot is so very special. We celebrated a special occasion with a group of friends and had the best time!

The hotel has an excellent location, with very easy access to the Old Town by public transport. The bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel, making it extremely convenient to get around. The hotel is very clean and offers great value for money. The staff were amazing — friendly, professional, and always helpful, а very pleasant stay and a great choice when visiting Dubrovnik.

The host, Michael, was very helpful, nice and had great energy.

Dina reached out by WhatsApp the day before our one night stay. She provided excellent instructions for the short walk from the main bus terminal to her hotel. Everything worked out smoothly.

I like the terrace, and all the cats around it! The air conditioner is a life saver too!
