The scenery and environment. The villa is nice and clean, this includes the toilets. The staffs are very friendly and easy to ask for some activity arrangement.

The property was clean and spacious. The receptionist lady was super friendly and helpful which we really appreciated!!

Location is 2 minutes walking distance to Batam Centre.

Location was perfect, room was cosy and comprehensive. Will stay here again when we visit Batam.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed (AC, Fridge, Microwave and good Wi-Fi). The host Mr Patrick was super friendly and provided great service with all the detailed information on the check in procedure. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries and transport. It's just next to the Batam Centre ferry terminal. The pool and gym are top-notch. The only drawback we had was a minor issue with a blackout in the middle of the night and it took a few minutes to fix as the Management is quick to respond and fixed the issue immediately even though it was in the middle of the night...and overall, we felt like home. We definitely will come back again for our 3rd stay !  Highly recommended for a convenient, cozy place to stay for a family short vacation. 👍

Nice people, cozy place, location excellent, worth the money.

Victor is very friendly, communication is quick and with ease. Our first group was entertained by the large pool table and nintendo switch . Will come again for sure next time!

The location was very central. The concierge at the service apartment was helpful in getting Grab transport for us. The apartment is clean and simple. The space was perfect for 3 of us. Love the view from the 16th storey.

The apartment is good, comfy even it's a bit different than I expected. I dont think its suitable for 4 adult peoples. 3 is okay.

Location, very easy access from Batam Ferry Centre (walking distance) and nearby mall which have variation of food choices

2 bathrooms! Everything was clean, and I truly appreciate that the power outlets work for the Indonesian power plug type though the electric kettles need adapter.
