Nice villa and we have good time staying in this villa. Best experience in the villa we had, the road was not so good to reach in the villa, after reaching to the villa and the service Ekostay staff and caretaker give was excellent. The villa was neat and clean. The swimming pool was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was clean. The villa was well maintained. This villa has big garden area with indoor games. We enjoyed playing cricket and had lots of fun in this villa.

If you are planning for a relaxing stay this is the Property to visit and also Ekostay has very good options as well. The villa is amazing all the rooms amenities and indoor games as also very good. Enough of parking space with the sitting area outside the swimming pool. We get to see Nice view from the top of the villa. Overall it was good stay.

It had been wonderful stay in this villa. As it was well maintained and clean. The location was great as its nearby the beach, just 7-8 min away and also its nearby Mandwa Jetty. The caretaker was vey good in his job and also very professional. The amenities was good and the interior was beautiful. The food was made liked homemade and it was very tasty. Just the swimming pool look very big in the picture but it small and floater was not available. We had a great Stay!

Hands down this is one of the best properties in Alibaug and one which is actually on the beach. The villa is well maintained and has many amenities making it perfect for us. We liked how the caretaker was so calm and helpful throughout the stay.

Being a jain I was worried about the food but that was taken care of and we could enjoy this stay better knowing that Ekostay is jain friendly and puts special attention for us, the food is delicious and served on time.

This villa Ekostay Lakefront villa is an excellent place who is looking for peaceful retreat with nature. The amenities are provided to make our stay comfortable and relax. This villa is spacious, clean and well-maintained, offering with beautiful view of the Lake. Its has nice garden area to play games. The caretaker gave excellent service to us. Best trip we had ever.

I loved the room service as it was very quick and a call away. The staff was polite and humble. Food was amazing. I ordered for a surmai thali and it was delicious. Couldn't resist but finish the entire thali. Would love to come back to the property again. And since I was a solo traveller to Cocorico Stay Ya !, I would also like to add that it was a very safe and comfortable staycation for me. Thank you for making it a worthy stay.

Staying at Seaswan Resort was a unique experience. It was very clean, and access to the beach was very convenient. The property owner Pankaj Bhai is very polite and a great person. We enjoyed a lot!

Food, Staff and service are very good

It's a calm place ... Peacefull place

It was a very comfortable safe stay we were all girls felt very safe and the house owners are very kind gave us everything we needed didn't interrupt our privacy Very spacious room,good facilities , breakfast was homely and delicious. Deliveries and zomato food is available.

Loved the place.. had all facilities - modern facilities (microwave outside the room, fridge in the room, kettle, touchscreen lights in bathroom, atomberg fan with remote, amazing pool lights great ambience)... a big flamingo floater in the pool

What an amazing place and a wonderful experience, the staff here are exceptional always willing to help in any way possible always with smile on their face.The beauty of the villa, the atmosphere of the lushing nature, the warm and good treatment of the staff. The food was fresh and tasty. Would love to visit here again.

It was an awesome budget friendly location with awesome food and service the vibe was very very peaceful the only little bad thing was that it was 8 km from alibaug other than that it was a great stay

We came with our family and this bungalow make our trip perfect with pool, lawn and bungalow architecture we love it. We enjoy a lot specially who taking care of this bungles they are very kind and helpful and there food was amazing. Thank you so much for everything

I stayed here for one night and it was a pleasant experience overall. Washroom was very clean. Seafood was delicious which had been arranged from nearby restaurant.

This is the perfect villa for outing with family and friends. The villa is very close to main road so we did get any hassle to find it. The villa is very well maintained by the caretaker Mr. Manoj he is will nice person, how always smile and ready to help with the service. The swimming pool was clean, Bedroom's, bathrooms and overall villa was clean. The food was tasty. Overall we had wonderful experience.
