Great little apartment walking distance to beach and restaurants. We loved the jungle outside. Fridge and washing machine was great. Host was always quick to respond if we needed anything.

The room was very big with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location in a Chauri is tuk tuk ride from the beach . I preferred this as it was quieter and away from the main drag.

Everything! This was my third stay with the Oceanic. It is probably the most unique hotel in the entire South Goa. Honestly, if you have had enough of vast lobbies and manufactured five-star smiles, and are looking for a genuinely relaxing and calm stay, this is the place to come to. The oceanic team has considered everything you need in this small, homely hotel. The restaurant and bar are set up outdoors in a beautiful tropical garden. There is a clean and well-maintained pool surrounded by coconut and mango trees. Everything here has a personal touch, and nothing is mass-manufactured like big chains of hotels. Even each of their 11 rooms is different and comes with various layouts. My room was beautiful and bright, with a lovely balcony. It is the cleanest room so far I have seen in India, extremely well designed, with a very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Each room has its own mini book collection. Staff is warm, friendly and always happy to help. I was upgraded to suite room without even asking. Oceanic’s restaurant Baa’s Kitchen serves the best breakfast and vegetarian meals. Absolutely delicious and healthy dishes prepared by chef Pankaj Pandya with local organic veggies and herbs. These meals are pure delight and many of these dishes I have not tasted anywhere else in Indian restaurants. The spacious rooftop terrace surrounded with lush green trees is a pure delight to do Yoga, meditation or just simply chill under canopy of coconut and mango trees. And for those who love reading and exploring there is an amazing collection of books on India, Ayurveda, Buddhism, Cinema, Travel, literature and Indian culture. In short, highly recommended. You will not be disappointed with Oceanic’s genuine hospitality.

Great property and location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach (ask at reception for the shortest walking route since there are multiple paths to get to the beach). Our room was clean and quiet. The staff at reception were always helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and well priced. Highly recommend Palolem Guest House!

3rd visit to this fabulous property, clean spacious cottages , welcoming friendly staff and the food was great too . Well looked after with beer service to our loungers in the sunshine on the beautiful beach , wot more would you need . Will definitely return again

Perfect laid back beach getaway. Rooms have A/C and fans. Very nice to have a porch with chairs or a hammock for siesta too. The restaurant was great too for all meals (and drinks :-) at a table under the deck or on the sand.

We loved our stay here, comfortable clean rooms, good location. Hilias was one is the most caring accomodating hosts I've ever had. They have great pugs too!!!

Great location with an awesome beach view. We had an issue with AC in our room, and the staff instantly upgraded our room to another with better conditions.

No breakfast at the residence itself. However, several breakfast locations at walking distance. The view on the surroundings was nice and it was very quiet place at night. All equipments in the room were working fine.

We had booked the 3bhk apartment. Spacious accommodation with kitchen. Very convenient for groups of 5-8 members. Parking on site is available. The Palolem beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Quiet and private place. Hosts were very helpful.
