What a great experience is to stay here! It’s a beautiful property settled in the mountains, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Only a 15 minute drive to Agrigento. The views around are beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool are and terrace are fantastic! The five course dinner is a must! and breakfast! They were the highlight of our trip! Very authentic, all local ingredients and delicious! The whole staff is so welcoming and nice. We fell in love with them. They make you feel like family right away. This place was magical. I was sorry we didn’t stay longer. And we’re definitely coming back! It was an experience in Sicily we will never forget!

La Corte di Afea is run by Salvo and his family, they are super friendly and really want you to feel at home. The typical Sicilian breakfast was served in the beautiful garden, we absolutely enjoyed it! This place is great to explore Agrigento and Scala dei Turchi, but as there are a lot of great facilities (jacuzzi, beautiful pool, pooltable, nice seats in the gorgeous garden) this place is also great for longer stays with some days to relax. Also a plus: by chance we found one of the best pizzerias (Pistretto in Favara) nearby!

The stay at location was excellent. My children had a blast. The accommodations were awesome. The host was gracious and very attentive. The breakfast at the lido was very nice. The umbrella with two chairs made the stay at the beach very comfortable. Keep it up and only change for the better. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely rebook. Excellent job.

The house was spotless and nicely furnished and the bed was delicious. The shower had great water pressure and warm water. The pool was open and nice to chill around. The staff were kind and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate us with our late check in. And last, but not least, the view was priceless!

This is a nice little B&B very close to the Valley of the Temples (20-minute walk; 5-minute drive). The facility is clean and cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was really wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and you can't beat the views from the rooms!

We were given a first rate welcome with plenty of information about the location.

Loft type space, comfy bed, large room, refrigerator, nice bathroom, small window. The owner is super nice and helpful. It is a great location, easy to access from train station, just a small walk up hill and a few stairs but it’s Italy, so, that’s going to be everywhere. Bus station also a 3 min walk to valley of the temples and San Leone beach. (Buy tickets for local bus in travel agent behind bus queue) just buy a couple one ways so you have a ticket to get back, easy. The train from Agrigento is best taken north and then east if you want to travel to Taormina or anywhere on the east coast (Agrigento to Catania train is now a bus only. A long bus :)

Great location and great breakfast

The hotel staff is extremly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the breakfast location on the terrace is beautiful. Parking is a bit tricky - there is a parcheggio nearby, but you have to drive through narrow streets to get there. However, the staff helps to guide you to the parking lot. The Trmple Valley is wonderful, you should definitely go and see it during your stay!

Great room size, the shower had good water pressure, complimentary drinking water (filtered) and Lavazza coffee, hairdryer, USB AND USB-C charging points directly on the wall - very good! Location was excellent! And Andrea is super helpful. Thanks to him, we managed to get a reservation at Sal8, a popular restaurant loved by locals - grazie!! Food was delicious!

Very quick & easy to book. Owner was responsive late at night and provided clear, detailed instruction. The accommodations are simple, thoughtfulness, and the place is very clean.
