Vacation Rentals in Chieti

There is a small pool on site that is a very nice bonus after a day of travel. Our two kids 16/18 frolicked a bit and I also enjoyed a leisurely dip. Non-Italians need to know that this is not a "tourist" place, so there are not many folks who speak English well, but at least one of the staff members (perhaps one of the owners) does speak English fairly well and was helpful in the morning during breakfast and at check out. There are several good restaurants nearby and you should make sure to get some arroasticini (lamb kebab) as it is a local regional dish to the area, and its also tasty. The view is truly stupendous from the room/resort.

This villa was set up perfectly for our large family, it included everything we needed. Ylenia was exceptional and very helpful when our arrival was delayed by issues at the airport. She even had the baby crib and toys set up for the little one. We loved the outdoor lighting, great for unwinding in the evening. All guests were impressed and we would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area.

Proce was good and room clean. Easy to park a car. Good pizza restaurant nearby.washin machine in a bathroom surprised me !!! It was nice.

Nicola runs a tight ship. Extremely cordial and professional and very friendly. The room and centro storico ambiance was great! The room was modern and very clean and quiet. The pastries for breakfast were superb! The only thing to keep in mind that is typical to many of these homes is that there are stairs to navigate, but in no way diminishes the quality and value. Highly recommend!

Great place in all accounts outside of location for non-car owners.

The property was clean, modern and well put together and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cake by the host’s mother. This was a bargain of a stay for a nice facility. And the host was incredible!!! So Andrea, the Host, the most generous, genuinely nicest person I’ve ever met! He bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed! (Even older American tourists who need lots of help, hahaha!) He worked tirelessly from morning to evening and still was the most pleasant person you could possibly have for a host! My husband and I would go back just to see Andrea again! 😁 we wish you many blessings for a happy and prosperous future Andrea! (Tell your mom the dairy and gluten free cake was delicious!) The room had a wonderful temperature because of the thick walls of the building. Even though it was 30 degrees outside the room temperature was always nice and I had no need to turn on the air-conditioning. I also liked the breakfast bar in the morning.

It was a great location and rooms were very nice. You could see the place had a lot of good care. The windows were updated for insulation and sound. The only dis appointing item was the plaza out side the entrance was under construction for an underground parking garage. It should look great when finished. Old pictures of the plaza was an asset to the accommodations.
