The service was great. The place is charming and quiet and very close to the beach, although it is a bit of a hike. Bus stop right on the road. I would happily stay here again.

Everything about this property and our stay in Forio was amazing! Marta was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.. Great restaurant recommendations, provided us with a beach umbrella, bus info, simple breakfast provisions for our first morning as we arrived late evening the day before, helped organize a taxi to the port on our last day and generally being very responsive on whatsapp when things arose. Our apartment had a spacious patio and view of the ocean...so peaceful, the sunset was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, we made several meals here and enjoyed the pool, loungers, sauna and the terrace. Cleaning service was provided halfway through our stay, extra towels etc..strong air conditioning and laundry facilities were great. A 10 minute walk down a short cut to Citara beach, we did this daily. The bus stop at the end of the street was very convenient for getting around the island. Marta was also very kind to my children, 9 and 11-year-old boys, which is always appreciated. We spent a week here, the end of a long trip around Italy, and it really was the best way to finish our vacation.

Beautiful property on the lovely island of Ischia. Umberto the owner was so attentive and friendly, helping with bookings, ideas for eating out, trips. His team were also lovely,reflecting the feel of the island and the welcome we had.

A beautiful pearl with unique decoration, everything seemed new and the garden was highly maintained. The lobby and the breakfast room were spacious with relaxed atmosphere, the breakfast was rich with selection of fruit, pastries, cheese and more. The staff was super helpful and kind, they were available by WhatsApp at all time, gave us a complete review of the island and recommended places to visit, and even booked a great restaurant for us. The facility had a private parking with lots of space for all guests. The location is very close to a small and unique beach with thermal water and was a short drive to other great spots. The Wi-Fi worked very well at all spaces. All in all, a very very good value for money.

Everything!! Couldn't ask for one thing to be changed. Loved the property, loved the location. We were hoping for solitude off the beaten path and that's exactly what we got. Total relaxation. The icing on the cake was how well we ate. Giosu kept us fed and happy! Every day was perfection. We'll return for sure.

We had a great time, location is great! Staff was so helpful and friendly, very clean and comfortable. Only cons were, the apartments had little to no hot water for showers. Was told the water heater was only 6 liters and for 4 people that is not enough for everyone to shower in a timely manner and get to dinner. We waiting over 3 hours, still no hot water. Cold showers. Overall great place, amazing restaurants on the shore, the ZT restaurants next to the apartments was AMAZING!

We had a wonderful trip! We rented 3 apartments with a total of 10 people. There were other people staying in other apartments, but the location of the pool and the garden made us feel like we had our own villa! There is a vending machine with cornetto and coffees if you need it, but self catering without a car will require trips to town in a taxi which costs around 15-20 euro. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment but make sure to bring the essentials like oil, salt, coffee etc. There is a mocha and a drip coffee machine and the apartment comes with toilet paper and soap. The staff was very easy to communicate with and friendly, we would gladly stay again! The island is beautiful and the property is very well taken care of. Thanks for everything!

The location was absolutely amazing. Close to bus stop and port for ferry. That's why I picked it. I am happy I picked the harbor view and not garden view. There was a small fridge in the room, plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was an Italian cup of coffee, a glass of water and a pastry, served in the cafe that was part of the B&B. The cafe also served food and drinks. If you do not want a luxury resort and are happy with a place that offers you the basics, this is the one.

The place, the room and the bathroom are beautiful. The location is good (close to one of the springs by foot). The staff was super helpful and nice to us.

It was so much better than the photos. Idyllic location and setting, Lulu and Paolo were the best hosts being very kind and helpful and looking after us so well! It was very clean, good sized room and good value for cost. Location was great but we did rent a scooter. May be a little harder without but definitely do able if you’re happy to walk a little to the bus stop (max 15 mins). Lovely beaches nearby and great restaurants within walking distance.

Communication with owner and changes in arrival to accommodation where no problem. We have room on the 2nd floor with beautiful view at Mt. Epomeo from the balcony. In the end, just enjoying local wine together with sunset was superb experience (quiet atmosphere).

The owners are very welcoming and kind. The family gave us the feeling that they will go the extra mile for our comfort. The place had all we needed and was clean. It felt safe and the location was perfect! Just a little walk straight down for the market and beach. If we had any questions or requests the owners were very willing to help us out. We really appreciated te experience and definitely recommend to go there! We would love to come back.
