Vacation Rentals in San Teodoro

Vey cute and quiet property on top of hill overlooking the sea. Just a 3 minute ride down the hill to the marina and cute restaurant, clothes store and icecream shop. There are beaches everywhere, can walk to, but was very accessible and short distances by car. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and overlooked the sea. Hosts made sure the hot tub was accessible, one reason why we booked due to cooler weather. I recommend if you like a relaxing quiet space.

Nice, morden, clean, super nice and friendly owner, good located if you want to visit La Cinta Beach area with a car. There are tea/coffee/small snacks in the room, if u arrive late and didn’t have dinner yet, u won’t sleep with hunger. The room is with balcany, very price-worth comparing with the other accommodation in the island. Highly recommended.

It’s big, and a proper resort, the city center is also very nearby, owner is a very nice old man.

Perfect, relaxing and comfortable. As soon as we arrived and met Giorgia, we were taken care of and all the stress of travel went away. The property is beautiful. The staff are excellent- especially Daniel and Giorgia. The food was amazing. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a saviour. The location is close to so many beautiful beaches, including a private one. We did not want to leave.

Views were awesome, beds were comfortable. Back yard was wonderful!

Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious for my family, Valentina was lovely truly accommodating. The property is situated in a quiet location, slightly uphill. I was able to walk it, but if you have a car, there’s a parking spot available, which is very convenient.

The property was in the central location of San Teodoro town. About 10 mins walk is the bus stop where you can ride beach buses going to La Cinta Beach, Spiaggia Isuledda, Cala d’Ambra and many more. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby to eat. The rooms were clean

We really liked the retro disco that has been organised in the hotel, as well as the hotel itself with its lovely ambient. We also liked the different types of foods that have been offered for dinner.

The location is perfect for a family stay, close to the most amazing beaches and just close enough to the crowded town of San Teodoro. We had all the basics we needed ( yes, you have to bring your own soap and salt-but we are used to this type of travel) Communication with the landlord was also very good, they were able to facilitate our early check in.

The house was very clean and pretty; the local Host very friendly. The Wi-Fi was perfect without any problem for video call and general smart working. Smart Tv with Netflix, Prime video ecc (but nedd your personal account to watch it). The rooms are comfortable and the little kitchen and living room are fully furnished with everything necessary. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Ultimately, but truly impressive, the beautiful view and proximity to a small private beach.

The breakfast hostess was kind and accommodating. Parking was good and right by the building. The owner was easy to contact when I arrived later and instructions with keys were provided.

10 out of 10. everything was excellent. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! It was our best stay on the island.

Very nice apartment with beautiful terrace views and amazing sunset. Great location juat Few minutes to the beach. Friendly host who was always there when needed.

Everything was good. But there was small cleanliness issue. Friendly manager solved it. Good place to stay.

The room was clean and very spacious, especially the terrace. Very close to restaurants and shops (1-2 min walking distance). We walked to Cinta beach for about 25 min and to Cala D'ambra beach for about 15 min. Our host was very helpful and the fact that they can provide airport shuttle is a plus (you have to pay extra, but it's way cheaper than a taxi or Uber). We also went to other beaches, but we rent a car for that. There is a private parking area at the accommodation which helped a lot.

Everything is new and clean, working perfectly and perfumed. The room is excellent and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is big enough with a wide shower. 5 min walk away from city center and 15 min walk from the amazing cinta beach

The property was clean & the host was really nice & helpful. We loved little patio where we could hang our clothes & have few drinks outside. Good location.

Nice ,big room and bathroom . A private terrace with a table and chairs ,perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening . Nice backyard. Nice stuff and helpful.

Cande and Matteo were very friendly and willing to support with every needed information. The location is great, clean, and close to most of the beaches in the area.
