When you’re in the desert, what matters the most is the hospitality of the local Bidwans. The Zawaydeh family who run the camp are simply phenomenal - generous, hospitable, kind and a reminder of what the honest beautiful people of the desert are like. The camp it self is exactly as in the photos - clean, tidy, and well air contained. When they knew it was my wife’s birthday, they go get a cake from Aqaba - a city 80 KM away. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the Wadi Rum Desert Heart camp was awesome! It exceeded my expectations in all ways. Communication with Haitham was good from the beginning. The whole day tour with Omar was great. He showed us real desert, we had lunch, rest, lots of fun. We really enjoyed staying in this camp to see the beduin way of life. Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon again.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality from Muayad during our time in Amman. From the moment he picked us up until he dropped us off, Muayad ensured that every aspect of our experience was nothing short of fantastic. His punctuality was remarkable, always arriving and departing at the agreed times, which allowed us to make the most of our time exploring Wadi Rum. Additionally, Muayad went above and beyond by arranging dinner accommodations and even ensuring we had breakfast sorted, which truly exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was Muayad’s patience, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our entire journey. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making sure that every member of our group, including our kids, felt comfortable and had a great time. Thanks to Muayad’s exceptional service and genuine care, our experience in Amman was one of the best we’ve had so far. The location of the Camp and the people who run it are fantastic. The food is unbelievable, and the opportunity to throw a party under the stars for our son here will remain in his memory forever. Thanks AbdRahman!!!! Our host!!! All rooms feature beautiful Bedouin decoration and have comfortable beds. The lounge area, which is right into the mountain, has a large fireplace and offers gorgeous sunset views. You’ll forget you’re staying in the middle of the desert.

Pleasant stay, great breakfast and tea, nice common areas. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. Loved riding jeep car in a front seat, meeting Miracle the camel and having my final lunch at the kitchen the most. Would recommend to ask for extra blanket in advance if you’re traveling during winter time. Hopefully I’ll be back there one day! P.S. ask for hiking recommendations nearby, you’d love it!

My sister and I went and we 100% loveddddddddd it. We found the place so beautiful very aesthethic. We were 2 girls by ourselves and felt very safe. Everyone was so kind and so sweet and they helped us a lot considering we only spoke English and the helped us with all our drives. Best experience ever

An unforgettable experience in the heart of Wadi Rum! We spent an amazing night in a clean and very comfortable tent, with breathtaking views of the mountains at sunset. The camp staff were incredibly kind and helpful - we truly felt like we were among friends. The desert tour was excellent; we enjoyed every moment exploring the stunning landscapes and hidden spots. The Bedouin dinner was absolutely delicious — the zarb experience under the stars was one of the best moments of our trip! The camp is peaceful and safe, and the night sky full of stars is simply magical. This was the best decision for me and my stay was excellent. The staff is truly great and welcoming. Their food is asking and the entire experience is memorable. They offer you genuine hospitality and go beyond the ordinary for you to have an amazing desert experience.

Hussein (the host) and his family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We could park our car at their house after we met up at our meeting point. He also arranged some tours through the desert; we did a full day tour and we absolutely loved every bit of it. The room was beautifully equipped and clean. Even though our shower didn’t work properly, Hussein made sure we could use another bathroom. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Helped about everything, the room service was great. The chef in the restaurant cooked special food for us. Was a VIP experience. The jakuzi was always cleaned and made ready for us. Was very good experience.

This was honestly the best Wadi Rum trip I’ve had so far. From the moment we met up until the drop-off at the end, the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home right away, with genuine hospitality throughout the stay. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. The desert tour was perfectly organized and unforgettable, and the stargazing at the camp itself was truly magical. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the overall ensemble and design of the camp is stunning, blending beautifully with the surrounding landscape. Everything was well thought out, well run, and exceeded expectations. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would absolutely come back again.
