The hotel was in a good location The staff was excellent even though there were language barriers we were able to figure out how to communicate. It's an older building but it has a lot of charm and our room was massive and we had our own private hot bath which was excellent.

Very friendly hosts, they picked me up from the station when I could not find the place. They also invited me to their family barbecue which was really kind.

Your staff Mr. Wang is very professional and friendly in answering our questions and provides suggestions. And the breakfast is excellent. The view is great!

I feel like everything was perfect, the Oriental style room was large and comfortable with an amazing view, the buffet for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, the staff is very cordial and always helpful, the onsen was amazing and generally everything was just right. Seeing Atami from the top of the hill was breathtaking.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities one would want. The bed was very comfortable and the heating/ac unit worked very well. The atmosphere was also impeccable.

This was truly the best place for a relaxing holiday, and I am so happy I had the chance to visit. The hotel was very cozy, peaceful, and offered an outstanding view together with a wonderful hot spring. Everything was perfectly clean and beautifully arranged, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would be delighted to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

It was close to the station and relatively easy to find with a maps app. The staff was kind and helpful and answered all my questions. The mixed dorm's futons were comfortable and clean and spacious. And, there was even a small onsen available for use.

Clean stay with the friendliest host. We enjoyed the onsen with wonderful mountain and sea views as well as an ice cream gift after bathing! The host allowed us to drop off our luggae early which freed us to stroll around the temple nearby and the rest of Atami, all of the host’s recommendations! My friends and I used the common area often as it was filled with natural light and windows across the entire span of the room. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

Where can I start! This has been one of the best place I have stayed in Japan. The host was amazingly nice, the personal very friendly, they can speak English so it was easier. Staying there was like therapy. Great atmosphere, art everywhere even in every bed. Really comfortable and warm.

Great facilities, extremely friendly helpful staff, there were train cancellations due to a typhoon and their communication with us was excellent to make sure we could make it. Extremely quiet sleeping capsule with a lot of space for two of us, lots of kitchen equipment, and free tea and coffee (coffee beans!). We would gladly stay again!

The staff there are extremely kind and helpful, especially the old lady there always very keen to provide anything we need which gives you a feeling of home.

The staff were uniformly friendly and my wife and I greatly appreciated their attempts to communicate with us in English. We were particularly impressed with the front desk and waitering staff in the teppanyaki hall.

Room was big, biggest we ever stayed in Japan and it's traditional Japanese style room. Clean, comfy, staff was nice. Near bus stop and walking distance to the beach, and Kinomiya shrine.
