The room was so clean and thoughtfully laid out. The staff was warm and friendly. The rooms were large and peaceful. They changed our room over for sleeping while we were at dinner. The onsen was very peaceful. It was an amazing experience!

The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious.

I like the private onsen and private sauna

This was a last minute change in our itinerary because we were missing the ryokan life. I’m very glad we found this place. The hotel was modern and classy, while also friendly and traditional. The room was comfortable and the baths were very nice. The staff was excellent and took great care of us. The best part was the dinner. I have to say it was one of the best keiseki meals of all three of my trips to Japan combined. Everything about it was top notch and we were very impressed. We used this location as a jumping off point between the Kyoto area and Fuji, and it worked very well.

Remarkable! Second time in Kofu, and this stay was absolutely wonderful! 10 mins taxi ride from Kofu JR station or 30 mins walk from the station. We reserved a spacious room suitable for eight occupants, despite only being two of us; it was entirely worthwhile! Very spacious, it's got an entrance area that can fit 4–5 suitcases. Please try their soba noodle restaurant; we had amazing dinners and breakfasts for two days! Day 1 breakfasts was traditional Japanese breakfasts with grilled fish and rice; we requested more Western style for the next day, both amazing! There's an extra small fee for using the onsen, please enjoy that too, you won't regret it! A really relaxing and quiet place even with an inner yard. We were so grateful!!

The flat had all the amenities we needed and in a great location, close to many restaurants

The staff was super friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Throughout the whole trip, it was just wonderful.

Nice hotel with a nice onsen, breakfast buffet and a bunch of interesting amenities (karaoke room, game center, kids playroom, store). Came straight down from Fuji-San (around 2 hours from the 5th station) so it was a really good and relaxing experience.

The most beautiful by far ryokan ive been to, very spacious and comfortable, with a very big room and a nice garden. One shared but big bathroom (for one more group of guests) and a very friendly host Highly recommend, it was our most beautiful stay

We loved everything about the traditional, well equipped house! Even in cold winter the air conditioner heats up the room quickly and the soft futon was so comfy. Everything was very clean and amenities were provided. Moreover, the location close to Isawaonsen train station is very convenient. We will come again.
