The location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants, the train and bus stations, a super market several drug stores any anything else you might need. It is easy to get to Iwami Ginzan, Sanbe-san, Mononobe Jinja and many other places by bus and to further away places by train. The staff was friendly and great fun to talk to and i enjoyed the quiet of Ooda a lot. overall an excellent stay.

Loved the authentic feel of this place, staff was very helpful and even recommended us some places to eat. Hotel is easy to find with free parking and a private onsen available for booking! Would have loved to stay here more than one night, maybe some day.
