Loved the house and how it functioned related to skiing

It was a good location and comfortable. Nice view out the windows. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. Great supply of coffee. Nice staff.

The host was very kind and attentive, I enjoyed the conversations, the recommendations and the welcome we experienced during our stay. Thank you so much, I hope to come back one day. The room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. The view on the lake is most lovely.

The location is close to the Donan bus station, which is only 2-3 stops (5-10mins, 190yen ~ 1.2usd) from the resort, with very comfort schedule for tourists. And the host provides free rides from and to the resort hotel at the day of checkin/checkout. From CTS airport to the resort hotel & convention, the shuttle costs 4500yen ~ 29usd. The place is clean, with nice and quiet guests. The shared bathroom and restrooms are neat and never crowded. The price is much more economic-friendly than the hotels at the resort, with Seicomart and Lawson (convenient stores) nearby. For reference, we are two females, speaking English and Chinese, not understanding Japanese at all (except "kanji" and "arigatou" lol). We did not rent a car and the average daily cost is around 60~100 dollars.

We stayed in a normal room as all the snow domes were booked out. Super friendly and helpful staff, who even went out of their way to taxi is around for a dinner reservation in town. Great, very clean rooms and hotel. Free water and hot drinks available.

We loved the space the property provided. We had a full kitchen with all the appliances and dishes needed (no oven but a fish grill and toaster oven). We loved the large kitchen table, the couches near the fireplace, 3 bathrooms with showers, a drying room for all the snow gear, a large yard for the kids to play in the snow and the huge windows overlooking the trees and snow! The staff was amazing and helped with everything they could. Some things are just out of their control.

Modern amenities, comfortable environment and close to the resort. Added bonus was the shuttle each day to ski.

Love how tucked away this place is. The interior feels very cosy. Love the wooden interior, the huge beanbag, and the TV has netflix subscription so that's a huge plus. This is our first stay in Japan where we actually spent our time relaxing in the living room watching TV after a long day out. We can imagine how extra cosy it will be staying in during winter. If we could do it differently the next time, we would certainly stay longer here. The drive out from the cabin to Lake Toya and other places is scenic.
