Super nice hosts that are very easy to help. Great starting or ending point for the Alpine trail. And Cheetah is the cutest cat!

The host was lovely, very social. Good at English too as he is originally from Canada. We got free canadian breakfast and lots of recommendations for things in the area. He offered lots of folders and maps too. Very kind! And the showers were AMAZING! Very refreshing.

The house was the perfect size, super cozy, and had every amenity I needed! There were western style beds and traditional Japanese futons, the futon was so comfortable! The hosts were so welcoming and kind! They drove me to the station and back when I needed, and even cooked my breakfast! They made my trip to Toyama absolutely incredible! I will never forget it! I hope to come back again!!

The design was so cute and authentic. It really didn’t feel like we were in Japan at all, it felt like we were home in America. The floors were warm which was great and the washer worked so quickly. Beds were comfortable and walls were soundproof. They even gave us free fruit!

Absolutely gorgeous home! As a westerner, the traditional japanese style was breathtaking. This home is very spacious for 2 people and there were so many incredible details to the property. Best of all, our host, Mizuho went above and beyond to help us with our stay. We took the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route to Nagano early in the morning on the day we checked out. Mizuho helped us plan out our journey and she offered to drive us to the train station very early in the morning. It was very generous of her and made our trip through the route possible when we had trouble scheduling a taxi. She is a wonderful host and we had a fantastic stay.
