Our stay was perfect. The accommodation is very close to one of the park’s gates, so you can get there in just a few minutes. The food was delicious and different every day, including the lunch boxes. The staff were very friendly, and the owner was welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist us. The game drives were also amazing. Thank you so much, it was a perfect stay.

Every aspect of the camp was amazing. The staff were all caring and so kind going above and beyond. Office Manager Tamara was super helpful and made sure every aspect of the stay was smooth and stress free. The food was incredible including packed breakfast and lunch. The Safari guides and drivers were top notch. The location was out of this world. Sitting on the river bank relaxing watching a family of hippos, baboons, warthogs, hyena even saw a giraffe run by oh and Nile crocs. Sitting on the river bank was a real highlight. Our tent was comfortable and roomy. The housekeepers did an amazing job everyday. And the lovely fellows patrolling camp special kudos to Simon and Philip and well as Valentine in the restaurant and Tamara. Location to the park couldn’t be better and all costs affordable. I highly recommend Talek bush camp. It was very hard to leave.

Place is good positioned, has a great staff and it is well organized. We organized a tour with them, it was the best offer we got. It was an old but reliable land cruiser, Elija was with us both days plus the guide/driver. We saw all the big 5 plus a lot more of course.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Safari Experience! We had an unforgettable stay at Sunshine Maasai Mara Safari Camp. John is the best guide we have ever met. During our 3-day safari, we saw all of the Big Five, and his knowledge of the wildlife and the area was excellent. The bush lunch was fantastic, and John always positioned the vehicle close to the animals, giving us incredible views and great photo opportunities. The accommodation was amazing, the food was delicious, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The property is located just about 10mins away from the Talek gate, and is absolutely serene. It felt surreal to be away from everything, with nothing but animals in the vicinity, if you are lucky some zebras or giraffes may even turn up on the door. The property is eco-friendly and runs fully on solar power. The food they served was excellent and they ensure that any dietary restrictions are met. The hosts are truly humble and this was one of the most hospitable places I’ve stayed at. You’ll feel right at home, and everything including game drives will be arranged.

More than a stay is an experience that you get. I it’s close to the Maasai Mara Reserve and Jacob is more than willing to tell you what activities can be done in the area and even want to accompany you to them. We enjoyed homemade delicious food and even some beers. Thank you again for everything.
