The host was exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring Jeonju. The communication was great and the stay itself was very cozy.

The staff was quick to respond and very kind! It was a hot day but the ac worked really well and cooled the rooms quickly. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The property is beautiful and we had a great experience!

Mr. Lim is such a wonderful person. I immensely enjoyed hanging out at the hostel and just talking with him. I will definitely be back! :)

It was clean, in the center next to historical sites and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful. She explained us about the property very clearly using google translate and even gave us hints about where to go. We wanted to go to Wansan Park but she told us that the flowers surely had not bloomed yet so it would be a waste to go. We saved a lot of our time because of that. The property was what we expected. The location was very good. We just had the best experience in Jeonju and a very good stay. Thank you! ❤️

We stayed at Hanok Dream for two nights in late November. It was our first Hanok experience and the most memorable part of our 8-day trip in Korea! As other reviews have pointed out, the location is perfect and the owner is friendly. I can’t say enough great things about the owner, Mr. Choi. We learned that he is a retired banker. He is super organized, attentive, and helpful. After he knew that my wife is a K-drama fan, he immediately marked a few famous filming locations on the map. In addition, there was a water cooler in his office, and it helped a lot for us to get hot drinking water on cold days. His wife is also a friendly lady, and we tried to communicate via the translation apps! This kind of interactions with locals really enriched our experience. We had never slept on the floor before, but we were glad that we got used to it, with the help of extra pillows! I can’t find words to describe the wonder of lying on the heated floor and feeling the heat warming into my body through my back. I guess this is Koreans’ secret to stay healthy! Since we stayed for two nights, we had enough time to visit all the major attractions (and great restaurants and cafes!) without feeling rushed. I especially enjoyed walking around the old town late at night or early in the morning, when the day-trippers were gone and it seemed that you had Jeonju all to yourself! It was conveniently located where downtown area was. The owners were super kind and friendly. They even allowed me to leave my luggage after check out until 3:30

Historical retreat located in the heart of JeonJu. A great experience for my children on the first visit to Korea.

Perfect location in the quieter part of the Hanok village. Very friendly and helpful owner - makes you feel at home right away. Rooms are small but sufficient, while the bathroom was surprisingly large :-) Free WiFi works and is sufficiently fast. Everything is super clean.

Perfect location, you can do all of the main attractions on foot, the room was very clean with all necessary amenities to experience a fun hanok stay, the breakfast was a nice plus, and the manager was very sweet and helpful, i would definitely recommend this place.

Extensive guidance on what to do in Jeonju and a super warm welcome. They reserved a parking spot for us with their own car and waited until we arrived. Wonderful house and surprisingly quiet at night. He made wooden printing blocks for a living, see pictures.
