Her customer service was top-notch.She came and pick up us at Gapyeong Station, sent us to grocery shop.When we arrived at this resort, she gave free upgrade our reservation to biggest room. The next day she pick up us two ways to Nami Island from her resort. On our last day, she help us again by sent us to Gapyeong Station. Dear Mdm, you really made our vacation at Nami Island with full of great memories and KOREA become more beautiful. Thank you very much for all your kindness towards me and my families. We like almost everything about this property. The location is great as it’s 15-20 mins drive to Vivaldi Ski Park. Owner is very friendly and helpful despite the fact that she doesn’t communicate in English but that is not a problem. The units we stayed are very comfortable and large enough to accommodate our group.
