The owners are very nice, and gave us tips on where to eat and helped organize a fishing tour. The property is clean and spacious- the kids either played in the pool or watched tv on the giant sofa. The view is unbelievable. it is 5 minutes from the city center but offers privacy and space to relax.

The staff was so nice, always ready to help however they can, the place was very clean and new so the accommodations were very high quality. The staff asked us every morning what we want for breakfast and made a huge effort to accommodate our food needs. The place is close to budva but also not in the middle of the loud city so you still get a nature experience. The pool opens only when the season begins but there is a nice spa you can rent if you want. We had such a great time and the place was perfect for our needs, definitely recommend coming here!

We’ve stayed here in 3 different apartments and we loved all 3 stays. The pool is gorgeous and the grill area is very nice. We never bothered to use the spa but we noticed that other people really enjoyed it. There is a seasonal restaurant on the corner and a convenient store down the street so you don’t need a car but you will want to have one as it is on a steep hill that gets busy in season. The building does have a seasonal shuttle to the beach and taxis are cheap so we have stayed here and not had our own car at one point. You can access lots of beach bars right in Bečići or easily go to Budva.

Apartment was great and comfortable

The location was great since it was very close to the public beach, bus station right outside the hotel and the grocery store only an 8 minute walk away. The rooms are very tastefully designed and very spacious and comfortable. The shower pressure was great and rooms are very quiet. Our room had everything you need, balcony with drying rack for towels and swimsuits, washer, fridge, stove, basic dishes and pans. The pool was large and always in the sun. There are about 20 sun beds and a few umbrellas, but it was never full since people rotate through the pool quite often so we were never left without a sunbed. For 10 euros per towel you can “rent” them from the front desk and when you check out and return the towels they refund your deposit.

A cozy apartment, quite small, but still good for the price. Only a few minutes from the beach, though on the way back you need to climb a bit.

Friendly host, comfortable and spacious unit, nice location. If you're exploring the other side of Budva, this is a good location close to the quieter beaches. The old town area is still accessible via walking (30-40 minutes) or by taxi (less than 10 minutes). Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was super clean, we had everything we could need. Sara was very kind and welcoming, gave us some welcome drinks as well. Nicely decorated and we appreciated the two bathrooms and balconies.

The apartment was quite nice, with a good view and the family which owns it are very wonderful people. It was easy to find by following instructions on the Google Maps.

The place is amazing, and the location offers a beautiful view over the city. There is a fantastic, clean pool if you don’t feel like going to the beach. The room is well-equipped, and you can order drinks from the bar at very affordable prices. The distance from the city center is also very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this villa!

The host is wonderful, friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to give us all the tips for the area we were in. The view is spectacular and the room is really spacious. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped and very clean. A great and affordable place to stay!
