Great quality for the price, very well equipped, nicely decorated The Ma Ti Restaurant that is part of the complex has amazing food. The complex is next to a convenience store, pharmacy and bakery Plenty of gated parking The host was very friendly and helpful.

Great view, clean and comfortable. The location is good right on Marigot Bay and there are good restaurants nearby. The owner was great and very friendly. Good pool on property and great patio with sunset views.

Camille is an excellent host, she met us at the property and showed us how everything worked. She has a guest book full of suggestions on where to eat and shop The private beach is beautiful!

You walk out the back to palm trees and the beach. It's a private beach with pools on the beach. It's beautiful, quite, and an absolute must to rent. Trust me, you cannot get a better place for the price. The inside is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. This is a gated condo community that is perfect. There is a fantastic beachfront restaurant next to the property, and more down the road. Stay here!

Having two bathrooms was a luxury. the kitchen was very well equipped and there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment was in excellent condition with granite countertops, beautiful stone floors and showers. Location was great, a short distance from Marigot and the airport. The lagoon beach is pretty and very close. The pool was very nice. There is a small market, a very nice bakery and two good restaurants very close - walking distance. Everything is very comfortable and in very good condition and very clean! Laurene gave us excellent information and directions and responded very quickly to our questions.

The location was very convenient to all the hot spots near by. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything that we could need. We really did enjoy our stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment is a compact one room + bathroom. It is very well equipped for a two week stay. Extra line and towels provided. The beach chairs and umbrella were very handy! The apartment is easy and safe walking distance from Marigot: lot of excellent food options there ... the cluster of LoLo's are outstanding, cheap and you'd better be hungry! (LoLo = local food for local people).

The location is perfect, and the apartment, though small, has every amenity necessary for a comfortable stay, and is in excellent repair. It was very clean upon arrival; the bathroom facilities had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There was zero noise to be heard from the neighbors in the building, and the host, Frédérique, was friendly and helpful. The apartment is within a five-minute walk of many great restaurants and several wonderful bakeries.

The most exciting thing about this apartment is its location! It has not only ocean view, but is right on the beach! The beach belongs to the apartment complex and is basically private. The host was very nice. I greatly recommend this apartment for everyone who likes quiet environments, likes swimming and enjoys beautiful sunsets!

This place was very aesthetically pleasing and clean overall. Kitchen was well equipped for the most part. A/C really helped considering outside was always quite hot & humid. Multiple charger adaptors and cords were provided. Plenty blankets and towels were available for use. The host Charlotte and a male were very friendly and picked us up from Cadis-Market to drop us off at the apartment since we had difficulty locating it. Charlotte also provided lots of information regarding ferries, taxis and the building we were staying in. There was fairly prompt communication via Whatsapp with the host.

It looked brand new. Roomy. Comfortable

Location was a short 15 minute walk into Marigot centre. Nice beach across the street and an excellent restaurant for lunches right next door. Laurence, our hostess, was very good at communicating and checking to see if everything was alright throughout our stay. Quiet neighbourhood.
