Very accommodating and well managed condo property. The unit was as shown in the listing. Excellent water view. It was roomy and included a nice furnished terrace with a kitchen! A great location on the water between the airport and city. A bonus is a great restaurant in a neighboring hotel by the same company. We were also offered breakfast in the neighboring hotel for a reasonable fee and it was worth it. We were surprised when the water was off in the late evening. The information given by the desk was excellent. We were asked how many bottles of water we needed. Turns out this is city wide and periodically Fort de France does this overnight to allow reservoirs to refill. We weren’t inconvenienced at all.

The location is great. Close to everything, restaurants, marina, beaches. And Anais is a wonderful host. She will answer quickly at your questions, she even helped with a rental car.

The location is great, quiet, and peaceful. Patrick was the best and most helpful person ever. Great attitude, very understanding and just an amazing person. Big up patrick !

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place. She was very accommodating and helpful. The location was easy to find, safe, and perfect for all the activities I wanted to do with my kids. I would definitely recommend staying here

The ad was misleading as this a room and not a private AirBNB , the lady was in your way with a lot list of rules such as complaining about water , don’t flush toilet in the night but in the morning etc. She also charged me additionally for my brother .

The house was beautiful, comfy, and clean. It was also close to the place we were in Martinique to visit.

Host friendly and made me welcome. Pool an excellent addition. Fridge and small hob if needed. Bathroom good size. Easy walk to supermarket, pharmacy, fast food if required. Night life about 10 minutes drive.

Suzanne came and met us at the airport. She beamed with warmth. Took us to the apartment, showed us around, answered any questions, and even took us to the supermarket, despite having a stocked fridge with all of our essentials for our stay. She was readily available any time we had questions. Sully, her husband was a gem. Very helpful.along with their son. It felt like a true family away from home.

The accommodation is new, tastefully decorated with thoughtful floor plan. It has a private jacuzzi and a common pool to use. It is centrally located, close to the city center, the port and the airport. Many attractions are only 15 to 20 min away and the closest southern beaches are 30 min away. If you want to experience everything the Island has to offer, this is a great location. Besides the apartment itself, the hosts are one of the best we have encountered. Always available for any questions or recommendation, considerate, but also respectful of your privacy. I would highly recommend the accommodation to everyone.
