Service - wonderful. The owner of the property is excellent and they even upgraded our room to the one with the gorgeous sea view, which definitely exceed our expectations. I travelled with my parents and the room was set up perfectly for three of us. My parents do not travel abroad often, therefore the room upgrade was such a lovely gesture. The room looked newly renovated and - most importantly - super clean with fresh towels and bedding made every day. There is even an elevator for those with reduced mobility. Breakfast was delicious and really filling for the majority of the day. I believe the terrace for the breakfast is also being renovated at the moment (it was closed as it was January and a bit cold to have breakfast there per our visit). I would recommend this place for the travellers who would like a more relaxed, quieter atmosphere than the one in, for example, St. Julian's. Furhtermore, there is a famous fish market every Sunday which cannot be missed! Plus I believe this is a family business and you wouls really support them. Would really recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and well organized. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the large terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Malta. But the most special part of our stay was the host, Rosa. She is an amazing person — very kind, generous, and incredibly hospitable. She made us feel very welcome and was always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Malta. Thank you, Rosa, for your warm hospitality!

Great location in the quiet town of Marsaxlokk. Incredible view of the fishing boats, town, and harbor. It was fun to watch all the boat traffic. The Sunday fish market was very fun. Go early if you want to buy fish. Some great restaurants in town. Easy to explore from here if you have a car and then come back and relax on the terrace. There are two shared bathrooms for the four bedrooms.

"I thought breakfast was served until 10:30, so I went down around 10:10, only to realize it actually ended at 10:00. The staff was already in the process of cleaning up and putting everything away. However, when one of the team members saw that I hadn’t had my breakfast yet, he went out of his way to reopen the breakfast area just for me! This kind gesture really made my morning, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommended for their thoughtful and attentive staff!"

Nice and new hotel in a quiet and peaceful village. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Seefront just a minute walk, small beaches are 10minutes walk. Valetta is only 10km easy to access by taxi or bus.

We loved it. The location was excellent, right on the seafront. The village is peaceful but lively. Michael and his family were so welcoming and helpful. The room was large and included a good aircon and a fridge. Everything was very clean. We found fresh water in the room everyday. Breakfast was included. Free parking was available in the surrounding area.

Excellent stay at a picturesque village! Spacious,comfortable, clean double room with great views to Marsaxlokk's little port! Tasty breakfast at the small terrace prepared on the spot among 3 options. Helpful staff and owner. Easy access to every sigthseeing but you better rent a car. Great value for money!
