Vacation Rentals in Palenque

We splurged on a air-conditioned cabana (which was still super affordable $75AUD for 2) The bed was so so comfy and aircon so frosty. We had a huge tour from San Cristobel the day we checked in, and was super tired and it was the best place to recooperate before our long bus the next day. You can see so many monkeys right outside your door. And are legit in the jungle. There is a fantastic pool, hammocks and whole vibe is relaxing. Its not a party place if that's what your looking for. We had already been to ruins the day before, but they are pretty close (around 3 KMS) and collectivo goes from outside door. The restaurant is pretty good, food is on the higher cost side for Mexico (around 150- 200 pesos pp) but also it's so convenient and staff are so lovely. There is a kitchen too if prefer cooking. Drinks are reasonable price (55 pesos for beer, around 90 for a cocktail). They also let us stay on sight and storage luggage for no extra fee after check out at 12. We also had a couples massage onsite! There is also an easy self service laundry onsite for a fee (pretty expensive compared to others we've been to (around 300 pesos for 8 kg with clean, dry and detergent) but so convenient that it's onsite. Also everything was super clean and well managed. We had a really fantastic experience.

my room was facing a small plot of forest so it had a wonderful view. it was very quite and had A.C and fan. there was a common kitchen and few tables and chairs outside facing the forest. internet was fast and reliable. location was great. Just few minutes walk from ado station

Quiet, often silent, yet a short distance from centro, a river swimming hole, and the ruins. 50MXN taxi from town at most. Huge pool, wildlife, ability to cook or make coffee, refrigerator in kitchen, agua pura available. Friendly staff and owner.

Loved my stay! Great spot in the city on a quiet street, clean comfy beds and a sweet rooftop terrace to chill. And last but not least Leo the owner an awesome caring man, thank you. Hope to come back one day.

Amazing place a little bit far from the main road which translates to peace and calm at nights. They rescue and rehabilitate animals on site which is a beautiful mission, and stay in here is the way to support it. You can see the animals accompanied by an professional, they are so beautiful 😍 This is the most animal friendly place, you’ll see a lot of different species from cats to birds or monkeys.

I was only able to spend one night here so I didn't really get to take advantage of it, but I would book it again.

A large property set in the jungle. Very nice

The property was clean and comfortable, bathroom has a beautiful view from the bathtub and air conditioner works amazingly.

Outdoor kitchen, a lot of space, 2 double beds, hot shower, simple check-in

The bed is wonderful; the room is latge, comfortable and well-decorated; the workplace is good, internet is good, nature is nearby (macaws, monkeys, etc.)

Peaceful and quite other than the howler monkeys but they stop at night
