Instructions provided a few hours prior to scheduled check-in time, but could have been simplified. it was, however, not a real issue as friendly security personnel in the property were eager to help us out.

Spacious and sufficiently furnished for family of 6. If you need special pillows, bring it along. Pillows provided is basically comfy. Good for simple cooking. Location, nearby drive to shopping mall. 15-20min drive to amazing holiday activities. Very responsive owner/caretaker. Thank you.

Excellent location and facilities. The swimming pool and gym were excellent. The staff was very helpful. I left a valuable item when I checked out and the staff who found it handed over the item to the security for safe keeping. I really appreciate that.

The host was great, the apartment was very clean, a very clear instruction for check was provided by the host upon booking. There are facilities at the rooftop such as multiple swimming pool, jacuzzis and ping pong table.

The condominium unit is excellent. Clean and cosy. The surrounding environment is quiet. Great view of the mountain area. Excellent sunset view! The hosts were very helpful giving very clear information in checking in. They specially made a trip to the apartment to open a bathroom door that we accidentally locked from outside. The house was very clean and tidy. And the good point is my son is so happy and excited to see the good painting on the wall of marvel superheroes. When I plan go to ipoh definitely will stay here again.

Staff was very responsive and helped us with parking with their app. We booked a double room but they were booked out so they switched us to a room with twin beds and added an extra twin bed for our child which they put on the floor so it was perfect. The beds and room itself were very comfortable. The café downstairs serve very good food and drinks, especially their coffee, it was just what we needed when we arrived. Location is perfect as it's near a lot of places with good food.

All rooms r clean n the equipment works. Aeon beside the homestay also. No need to drive. Overall good!

The location is easy to access, though there can be slight traffic congestion during office rush hours. The facilities and interior ambience are excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
