I normally never write opinions on booking but here i got to write that this was the best stay of my life! The hosts are so nice and caring, the room is comfortable and feels like home because of little details such as board games, snacks etc. The location is good because its not in the centre so its more chill, but connections to the centre are amazing! Overall it was 10/10 stay and we truly recommend this room to anyone who needs a good accommodation in Amsterdam:) thankyou Koan and Alvin!

Boutique B&B Oud Aa was excellent in every way. The property is beautifully presented, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. The hosts demonstrated excellent hospitality, making the stay feel warm and personal. The room was large, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a very comfortable space to relax. There was also ample parking available, which made things very convenient. After two flights cancelled due to bad weather and chaos at Schiphol airport, this hotel was exactly what I needed. The welcome was warm and kind, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the vibes just lovely. The food at the restaurant was superb — a wonderful surprise — and breakfast the next morning was equally lovely. I’m truly grateful for such a caring and pleasant stay during a difficult travel situation. Highly recommended!

Amazing family hotel in beautiful surroundings. Close to the highway and to Amsterdam but very quiet and peaceful. Room was bigger than expected, with a seating area and sofa, bed was very comfortable. We loved having a bath and a shower in the room. The sauna (extra charge) was a nice surprise and very pleasant to use in the morning after a late night out.
