Beautiful, quiet spot not far from Avatoru village. Easy bike ride (provided by host) to good restaurants - Chez Rua, Antoinette and a pizza wagon. Super lovable dog and cat, Kahlua and Meme (see pics) on property. Tauhere has done an amazing job on the space and the grounds.

Very peaceful and quiet. Great location. The host and their family were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful people. We would definitely recommend staying there. They also offer excursions. The host of the pension and animals were very nice and fun. We enjoyed going to watch dolphins in the evening. Having a kitchen in the room and getting bread everyday were convenient. Homemade jam and dinners were delicious! Facility is very clean.

It is a peaceful location feet from the interior of the atoll for swimming and kayaking. The host is adorable. You will not encounter a more attentive, friendly, joyful host. We have been in the lodging business for 15 years. We know a great host when we meet one. The property has been completely updated. The common area for lounging and cooking is perfect. Everything is new and very well organized. The wrap around porch is great for lounging in the shade and listening to the waves. This is a gem and a tremendous value.
