The apartment is basically brand new with great surroundings (only neighbours are the other apartments). It is well equipped and spacious, it has a (bit janky, but overall fine) pool table and a 4 seater sauna. And lights, the lighting is very nice! The host arranged a tractor with plow to clear the snow for us just before we left.

Romms where clean breakfast was also good.

The staff was really friendly!

A few hours after I booked and paid online for this apartment I was called by the owner not to come because they don’t have the apartment available - so they must have sold it twice and me and my family were left on the street without anything at 21h for the night!!! No place to stay or compensation, no advice, never book this!!!!!

We came for 3 nights, and we booked 3 rooms for 7 people. (2 double rooms and 1 triple). The house was fantastic, with warm water, normal room temperature, and a kitchen that the owner was letting us to use freely! We cooked some meals one day! Everything was clean and nice decorated. We really liked that it was a traditional wooden house. Also there is free parking, which we parked our mini bus easily. Outside of the hotel also there is bus stop to Zakopane for anyone that doesn't have a car. Also the location has a nice view of the Tatra mountains and is quite.

Location is just perfect and serene. The old couple though don't speak english but are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable for the price paid. God bless the old couple. :)

Our stay exceeded all expectations. Marta is very hospitable and friendly. She was available any time we needed something starting from late check-in to provisioning some products for our dinner. The apartment itself is exceptional: comfortable beds, clean leanens, all the necessary facilities provided. Moreover, Marta also let us stay till the evening on our last day there because cleaning setvice supposed to arrive only next day. Highly recommend this place!
