This is my second time staying at Kaktus (with a partner last time; solo this time). The rooms are very clean (this is hugely important to me), in addition, the rooms are cleaned every 3 days (can decline, of course). It doesn't have any excessive amenities, but it is comfortable and very close to everything - which is what I care about. I will definitely look for availability at Kaktus first when visiting next time.

Staff was nice. We have been a little bit late for check-in, we let them know and they accommodated us. The design is really nice.

The location was great. The bathtub and hot water were wonderful. The gas range in the kitchen worked well and was clean. The apartment was quiet. The sky lights were very nice above the beds and in the other rooms, emphasizing the spaciousness of the apartment despite being on the top floor and having roof-angled ceilings. The second bedroom is really only for small children, though. Lots of hanging space throughout the apartment for clothing, and an abundance of hangers. A very well-placed set of hooks for keys by the front door. The living room couch was expansive and became a huge sleeping surface. The pricing was attractive and many of the faults that we found are easy to fix. The video explaining how to get into the apartment, and how to use features of the apartment was very helpful (but it was in Polish). There is a bakery two blocks away, and a convenience store across the street (and a used clothing store, for those so inclined).
