A very tranquil location, nice spacious cabin, lots of privacy and places to relax, incredibly kind and helpful staff. They’ve got lots of great info about the island and there’s a partner restaurant that is very nice as well.

Nicolau was a wonderful host! He helped us with recommendations and reservations and responded quickly to any requests. The house is lovely and is in a wonderful location. The outside areas are a highlight!

The location of the house is perfect. Awesome views and amazing sunsets. The size of the property is also perfect for families or group of friends. Offers great privacy as well from outdoors. The pool was great too!

We liked the location, ease of check-in, how everything is within the apartment like kitchen and the fridge, no physical key but only the code to enter the apartment, and the nice cat!

Great 4 night stay for 2 couples spending 3 weeks in the Azores. A little tricky to find using Google maps. Ample parking, once we found it!! Easy walk to town along the ocean. Large grocery store and tasty restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed use of the kitchen for a couple simple dinners.

Beautiful little home by the ocean. There's room for 4 people but there were only two of us. Well appointed and the owner was very nice. Highly recommend.

The staff was very good. We needed to catch an early ferry I. The morning so they made us a very lovely box breakfast to take with us. They also made sure we settled in even though we were late arriving due to flight cancellations.

Great location, close to town and restaurants, walking distance. Also not far from the airport. And Joao was a great host, provided anything we needed and gave us a ride back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was everything I needed for my stay. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, and many more. Check in and check out were very smooth. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Pico.

Beautiful room in a perfect spot, the staff is very kind and helpful. I would recomend it.

I'll just add thoughtful touches,, which are not visible in the photos (can confirm, that they really corespond the reality), but makes this place exceptional: 1)shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, 2) white bathrobes with seperate towels for sunbathing, 3) single-use toiletries, 4) basket of treats, 5) portable spotlight for night swiming in the pool and many more.

Location, views, walkable distance to the nearest "piscina" ? (swimming area), small shop in the Sao Mateus, nearby winery, house itself was the most peaceful and enjoyable stay of our azores trip :) apartment has everything, even small first aid kit! I couldn't think of anything that could be improved.

One of the best locations on Pico Island. Close to the iconic vineyards of Criacao Velha and the main village of Madalena. Makes for a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the island. Was also a great value, would highly recommend. Joao was a great host.

This was our first trip to Pico and staying at this house made our week so pleasant. We LOVED the views of Faial from the living room. Parking was easy and safe. VERY thankful for the household supplies, like toilet paper, etc. Everything was truly provided. There was a nice selection of spices to use in the kitchen. The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed to make some incredible meals. Groceries are plentiful and easy to access at the Continent and the Pingo Doce. Loved making coffee at home each morning and watching the activity in the channel between Pico and Faial. The birdwatching is fabulous, too! TONS of excellent restaurants for the evenings if you don't want to cook at home. We had the best time and truly relaxed in this perfect Pico home. The guest book is a treat to look through and I loved adding to it.
