We had an amazing stay while visiting Serra da Estrela mountain peak.The house was incredibly spacious,spotlessly clean,and very well organized,perfect for a family.It was also kids friendly and located near the mountain peak,offering a peaceful and quiet environment.We truly enjoyed the comfort and tranquility.Highly recomended ,10/10

Everything. Joana is very friendly and helpful hostess. The family room is big, new refurbished and with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of frindely animals around: Tobias, one of kind small horse that likes to bite our cloth or push us to walk fast (if you are in front of him), goats, dogs and chickens. My family loves the place.

The location was dreamlike, the house is beautiful, the people who hosted us were really accommodating and nice. I will allways remember this trip with a smile.

The house was spacious and in a relatively good location for exploring Serra de Estrela. Instructions on how to find and access the property were flawless. The pellet stove worked almost TOO well and we had to often turn it off to keep from overheating the house.

Beautiful bedroom. Carla is very warm and welcoming. We immediately felt part of the family. We slept well. Shower is nice. Very clean. She has a nice selection of snacks and drinks available. Great location. At her suggestion we went downtown to see the murals and museum. We fell in love with Covilhã.

The house is lovely, with amazing shared spaces on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and nice. The room on the top has enough clearance space for a tall person but you need to be careful.

Location was wonderful, with nice restaurants/ bars within 5 minutes walk. Everyone we met around this place was very friendly! Host was polite and gave every needed info on arrival. Very quiet place and very clean. Easy to feel at home due to the smooth decoration and very comfortable beds, lovely home. I'd recommend to anyone travelling solo or with family!

Authentic, cosy and comfortable with every necessity catered for and all in a perfect central location from which to explore the Serra de Estrela.
