Vacation Rentals in Valea Iasului

We found this to be the perfect family stay. The property offers wonderful facilities, including a swimming pool and a charming farm. The owner and his family are genuinely warm and welcoming and it truly feels like they enjoy hosting and sharing their culture and food. Our kids had an amazing time playing around the farm, swimming, petting the farm animals, going on a boat ride around the lake, and playing with all the toys both indoors and outdoors. Meanwhile, we appreciated the chance to unwind after a busy trip around Romania and even managed to catch up on some work in the peaceful surroundings. The village is just 15–20 minutes off the main road of the Transfăgărășan and easily accessible by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are especially grateful for the kind and thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and engaging retreat.

The owners, outdoor kitchen, backyard,… very pleasent environment

The place is simply amazing and we had a very warm check-in. We loved it because it is quiet, people are respectful, the pool has a nice view and it is really chill to stay on the terrace, even if it is the common place or the private one. The food is really great and it also happens there is a great selection of sparkling and white wines.

clean, new, quite and friendly

The room was clean, and the staff friendly. But they had breakfast only after 9:00, at which time I was already gone.

Hotel is above the restaurant, be prepared to climb some stairs (no elevator). The room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and decent sized shower. We kept the windows closed and the AC on -- AC worked beautifully and we didn't notice any noise from the street or the restaurant. The hotel is located on a busy (one-way) street which was nice to walk around - parking is a very small side alley next to the building. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast (not included) was good.

The host is very accommodating and welcoming. The property is not an accommodation but a home! You feel like owning the place and the yard. The house is a traditional Romanian house, with a large yard with cherry trees, having outside a nice dog, and a loving cat. The house is situated a bit remote from the city center but in the proximity of traditional restaurants, and old churches. The car can be parked in the yard. The most beautiful monastery of Curtea de Arges is at 5 min of driving. in the world. I strongly recommend this accommodation! It was an amazing experience.

After a beautiful long trip on Transfagarasan we found Prestige House very welcoming and the hosts are going the extra mile to make sure you get everything you need. Excellent.

Our flight was delayed and so we got to Curtea de Arges late. But the staff was there to meet us and gave us a wonderful late dinner. Incredibly kind, flexible, open and understanding - regardless of the language barrier! I'd love to spend more than one night here.

Very clean and comfy beds with nice environment away from the principal street.

Incredibly clean! Super nice hosts- Christine and Bebe. We especially loved the Golden Retriever, Mascha. She was so sweet and made us miss our Ollie even more! Great location to get on the Transfagarasan Hwy.

The place is awesome and beautiful. Wonderful location, nature, silent.
