Its location was great. There are supermarkets and restaurants around. Staff were very helpful. the apartments have good and enough facilities.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful with everything you need the toilet the bedding everything was super clean the apartment was very nice and clean

The property was awesome . The people were very nice and kind . I had a confusion about the payment done and the guy was trying to explain me but because of language barrier I couldn’t understand and I was in ihram so I didn’t wanted to get mad but the guy was absolutely correct which I understood later . But I gotta say the guy was nice and very kind and talked very respectfully

The hotel is excellent for families. We had a two-bedroom apartment, everything was tidy and spacious. The children felt comfortable in the room, and the sofa was very comfortable. Even the small kitchen utensils were provided. It really felt like a second home.

This is good experience to stay in this.

Location, cleanliness, calmness.

Location surrounding by local community mosques, cafes, restaurants, Adel (clothing store), redtag store, Alotheim (supermarket), electronic store, etc. Complete amenities, shared washing machine at RF floor, it is able to wash and dry completely. The WIFI is very stable and have a good bandwidth connectivity. Very friendly and helpfull staff (Mr Muhammad Sabri as Front office officer, also all the front office officers), and all the housekeeper staff (Mr Muslim and friends).

One of the best hotel in madeena, even its 8+km far its very easy to catch local taxies. Rooms were very clean and the front desk staff is so good. Definitely i will choose this hotel on my next stay at madina.

Every thing. Especially the reception guy in the night shift. He was very polite and ready to assist in whatever way possible.
