Beautiful views over the water, especially from the infinity pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Lydia is a great host! We booked her place for our honeymoon and were certainly very happy with the room, it’s cleanliness, view and Lydia’s hospitality. The house is on the mountain, so renting a car is important, and there is a parking spot that the host provided us with. The house is split into two parts, one where Lidya and her husband are staying and the other is where we stayed. The view is phenomenal throughout the day. The pool is also inside the gated property, on Lidya’s part of the house. The room gets cleaned every time we left the house, so this was a plus. Lidya recommended a few places and activities for us to go to/do and went the extra mile to book them for us! The house is also very close to the sunset beach and other attractions.

From the moment we arrived, this stunning property took our breath away! The garden is absolutely spectacular - a lush tropical paradise that feels like a private botanical wonderland. Exotic flowers, perfectly manicured paths, and native plants create a serene environment that makes you feel completely connected to the island's natural beauty. But what truly made our stay extraordinary were the hosts. Their warmth and hospitality were overwhelming - they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, providing local insights, helping with arrangements, and making us feel like cherished friends rather than mere guests. Their genuine kindness transformed a beautiful accommodation into an unforgettable experience. Every detail of this property was carefully considered, from the thoughtful design to the immaculate maintenance. Great service, vesna the a super host

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — truly above and beyond in every way. They even helped us with transfers to the airport and organized our trip to the Takamaka Distillery, which made everything so easy. The apartment was perfect, and the pool was fantastic. This is by far the best accommodation we’ve had in the Seychelles, and we will definitely be happy to return. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I have been there few times and always go back. People are very friendly.

Excellent location, with a stunning ocean view. Access to the beach is so convenient, especially for a family. Mr Owen (the owner) is a very welcoming, friendly, and warm person. We stayed for 5 nights with our two kids - very much enjoyed it. We will go back to Lílot Beach Chalets.

Berty meet us upon arrival to show us around. They had made fresh juice from their own garden that was fantastic. They had also bought in some food for us to start, bread, jam, eggs, juice, beer. The apartment is spacious, clean and up to date. there was enough kitchen supplies to make food. They clean the apartment every day (included). Very good location, bus stop 100m away, supermarked 150m, beach just across the road. Excellent value, I highly recommend it!

The house was amazingly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner of the house was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed (including a much needed cycle of washing), taxi etc…

Our stay at Sorento Sur Mer was simply unforgettable. The views are absolutely stunning—every glance feels like a postcard. The infinity pool is pure bliss, and the spacious, spotless rooms with a terrace overlooking the ocean made it hard to leave. Breakfast was served outdoors and left nothing to be desired. The hosts and staff were warm, genuinely caring, and always ready to help, with excellent communication from start to finish. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality.

Everything. During my life, I have visited over 55 countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels and other lodging facilities, including some rated 4 and 5 stars. However, I have never ever enjoyed a stay as much as I did at the Sunset Bay Apartment. The reasons are multiple: the view, the location, the coziness, the comfort, and the dogs (I already miss them). But above all, these are the most wonderful hosts, Guy and Patricia. They are among the nicest and kindest people I have ever met in my life. They certainly know what's best for their guests and make your stay feel like home. I will definitely be back as soon as I can. Thanks, Guy and Patricia.

It is amazing villa with beautiful garden around and stunning view of the ocean. The house is huge and well equipped. It has a lot of windows and amazing view from every room. Kitchen has everything you possibly may need. It is located close to the beautiful beach and stores. I personally like wall is paintings. Linda and Anton were very nice, helpful and always available. We fall in love with this place.

We enjoyed our staying at Casa Sorento. Michael and Carol were very nice an carrying. They helped us with activities suggestions and tips and tricks about the island and excursions that we can have. Don’t hesitate to first contact him before booking anything else since his contacts might have some better prices. It was a really nice experience and for sure we will come back with the next occasion. Michael was kind enough to even cook dinner for us one time and we were delighted with some traditional creole food. Can’t thank him enough for making our trip so nice! 🥰

Perfect location - the view from the both balconies (I attached one of our pictures) worth every single cent. All sunsets would shine for you only. Quiet place with no noise from the hotels or restaurants, in the morning you enjoy the birds’ songs. Comfy beds, furnished kitchen to cook all you want (we personally cooked fish every day), two nice balconies to enjoy views with a glass of your favorite drink. On top of all, our host Gilles and one of his sons Kenji, who manages the property despite his young age, were unbelievably kind and did their best to let us have the best holidays ever! They would assist you in all stuff from taking the car in rental to driving you to the place you need to go to if you have no car. They brought us local fruit from their garden as a warm welcoming; nice gifts for Christmas and then the New year eve. Kenji turned out to be very friendly and kind man, who made our vacation even better thanks to his sense of humour and outgoing personality. When our daughter caught a cold, he immediately went to the garden and picked some lemongrass (they have all sorts of useful herbs growing nearby), we made tea with it and it helped her a lot to recover. We highly recommend choosing this fantastic guesthouse to stay and we 100% choose it again for our next holiday in Seychelles.

The house was great,spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom for each bedroom (3x) . The view from the porch is the best. The sun sets over the sea at this location , so splendid views every night. There is an AC in each bedroom, while main living/lounge rooms have ceiling fans, we mostly sat outside. The beach is directly accessible from the house, and it is a great swimming beach area too. You can walk to the main beau vallon (and centrum) beach at low tide, it is about 1km. Parking was easy and secure. The property have 2 houses sharing the entrance from the road , ocean view have the access gate to the beach, while the beach view guests likely will use the same access to reach the beach. This was fine for us, our neighbors walked around the back to go to the beach and not across our porch (it would have have been fine, but i can imagine others might be surprised if not aware) . Security was good, there was a guard patrolling the premises at night and there is alarm system during day when you go out. We did not feel unsafe there, area around was all normal holiday houses , but its easy access to the beach also makes it easy for others i imagine. Wifi was decent, 4g speeds (4 mbps or so). Seychelles internet was generally on the slow side on the island ..
