The apartment was very clean and the free parking made everything easier for us. They prepared everything perfect on side, all necessary informations, where to go for dining/ where to do shopping. If you are looking for a base from which to explore the Trieste/Pula region, this would fit the bill. We made reservations late in the day and Sandra, the owner, made every effort to accommodate us, even greeting us on arrival. The accomodations are private, spotless, and complete, with more amenities provided for than I could think of. The location, while seemingly remote, is perfect in which to unwind after a busy day. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Although we didn't use the TV it was large and ready to go. Nice little deck, a Jacuzzi, and a fantastic view. This has been our favorite place so far on our 3+ week road trip in Eastern Europe .

The apartment is hidden and off the main street. Great location (the supermarket is around the corner). Bakery next to it is open and has decent food and options. We did meet host on the location and he did meet us there. He did showed us around the appartment. It is small and nice ( we did travel with a 1yo and they had a cot for him - he did enjoy the stairs).
