This place is perfect! Beuatiful location, brand new, super sweet owners. EV charging for the car at a very low price. Everything was perfect.

A perfect spot for whatever one wants - relaxation, sports, good food&drinks ... The staff is so kind but not intruding, whatever we needed was helped with in seconds! My 6 year old is in love with this place, as are we! Sebastjan and his wife made fire for the kids in the evening so they could roast marshmallows! The breakfast is delicious! The pool is amazing ...and who still offers free sups and canues at Kolpa ...highly recommended :)

The room was very spacious, clean, modern and we felt like at home. The bathroom was very nice, beautifully designed and warm. They were changing our towels regularly even when we didn't put them on the floor. Plus, all the towels and linen smelled amazing. We visited in December and the owner made sure our room was already nice and warm when we arrived, which is a huge plus. The staff was always kind and helpful, their coffee is delicious and we could also use the sauna. There is also a nice balcony. It was a very pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They prepared a dinner for me even after my late arrival and they gave me a spare bicycle light for the one that I had lost. This was one of the few cheaper options in the nice karst area.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is fantastic. We were greeted with refreshments and shown to the rooms. The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was calm and close to the center of Črnomelj, also the breakfast was really good.

The owner is a great lady. Kind, nice and welcoming. They produce wine, so you can purchase it. The accommodation was spacious, light and clean. The view from the balcony is great. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals. Free parking was provided, just next to the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful- great for sleeping and relaxing.

Everything! The location, the appartment, which is decorated with style, the owner who is very friendly and loving. One big plus---coffee and sugar provided by the owner in the kitchen. We could enjoy some coffee before leaving very early in the morning the next day.

Quiet, peaceful, cosy, amazing view, amazing nature. Everything is just right for a good vacation ! And the host Anja will tell you everything what you can see and where to go. All in all would recommend !

We liked everything. It is cosy space that has everything you need. The hot tub is excellent, the homemade jam divine, ths view breathtaking and the most amazing and kind hosts. Thank you Marija and Joje for everything. We will be back 100%
