The apartment was big and nice

This appartment really has everything, great views, great layout, washing machine, kitchen wear, great property with Pool and restaurant. Gym and sauna included for free with appartment. Private guarded parking. Alot of great service a footstep away like pharmacy, hair dresser, café, scooter rental and of cource the best massage in town Orchid massage. And on top of everything the friendliest and most helpful appartment owners you can hope for.

We love the beachfront and the swimming pool that we can access anytime. The bed & sofa bed are comfortable with more pillows good for 2 adults & 2 kids as well as extra comforter. We have all the kitchenwares good for our stay. The aircons work well. They have friendly staff and the person in charge is easy to communicate.

Really nice and clean , easy access to pool and beach and have 7-11 near by . We had a great time staying here.

Game rooms are very nice; too bad they don't allow any drinks. We had sport water bottles though.

The room is spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for relaxation. The accommodation is located right by the beach and is conveniently close to a 7-Eleven and several restaurants.

Delivered exactly as promised 👍 The owners and staff are such wonderful people ❤️ There is a 7-11 next door, restaurants nearby. Pool is very large across the street from a pristine beach, the cleanest we have seen in Thailand. You can even rent a motorbike on the premises. Miles of clean swim able beach. No rocks with soft sand. Easy check-in. WIFi is excellent 👌

The location is quiet, yet walking distance from bars and restaurants. This is one of the best beaches on the mainland that I've experienced and this condo is in the perfect location. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 adults and 3 kids, or most any combo of 6 people, not counting the living room. Kitchen is small as far as prep space, but we were able to cook so many of our favorite dishes, something we can't really do in our Bangkok condo. If you don't want to cook, no problem as their are dozens of excellent restaurants nearby. Host was easy to communicate with and we even extended as we enjoyed the condo so much.

The staff was very accommodating when our plans changed mid trip, they were able to adjust our stay with no problem. Hassle free experience.

We keep returning to Avatara because we love the room amenities, size, and value.

We know the area well, this is a good location . Landlord was very helpful. Apt has all the necessary facilities to self cater. Also quite comfortable with a great sea view and you have use of the adjacent hotels pool.
