Nice location, next to downtown Uthai Thani. Lots and lots of bugs around, which could be a good or bad thing. Fun place. Good value if you've got a car.

Staff , especially hotel’s owner, she’s so nice. Moreover, I love the glass wall which you can see panoramic views outside from the bed

The place is clean and not far from the local market.(8 mins. drive) They take care us with good services.

The property is 10min drive away from Wat Chantaram. The owners are very sweet and you only see them when you check-in. The rooms are spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. Beds were also very comfortable and for the first time we slept with cotton bedsheets so that was very nice. It has a big outdoor space and it is beautiful in the morning.

It’s comfortable , nice , quiet place to stay with all the accommodations that you need . It’s quiet and nice place.

The property is in a good location. Even though we had a car, we walked to the walking street and a nearby bar to listen to music. The room was very nice. I didn’t realize the bathroom was outside the room (because I didn’t really understand external bathroom), but it wasn’t a problem and it was a private bathroom. The staff was very nice. Thai style breakfast was great as well.

We booked 2 king garden villas for our family of 4. We loved this place. As beautiful as the photos. Location was excellent and right on the river.
