The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and assist us. My credit card wasn’t working to book a ferry ticket for later in our trip and they went out of their way to make an account and book the ticket for us. The breakfast was very good.

Darling little boutique hotel in the heart of Alacati. Run by a nice young man and his parents. They were exceptionally nice and helpful.

The room was clean and the location was just a few minutes walking from the town center, lots of restaurants, shops and cute streets nearby.

An absolutely wonderful hotel with an exceptionally delicious breakfast truly one of the best we have ever had. The owners are incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. We asked many times for recommendations about where to walk in Alaçatı and about local prices, and Figen Hanım and her daughter Deren Hanım always helped us with so much patience, detail, and genuine care. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we are leaving with only the best memories.

Allover amazing experience! Great owners, clean facility, amazing breakfast! Mr. Yasar is an excellent host. He is very friendly, kind, helpful, and responsible. Ms. Nihal is so kind as well. They even served us breakfast after the set breakfast hours one day because we were very jet lagged and they let us sleep until later. Mia and Uzum, the two dogs that hangout at the property are such gems. They are so cute. Mr. Yasar and Ms. Nihal let you play with them as much as you want. You feel at home at Balim SultaNY. We chose this location for our friend's bachelorette party and we fell in love with this place. Everything was amazing. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated. It was quiet, the pool was clean, the breakfast was very delicious and diversified. The location is close to the center and to what the town can offer. Very clean property from the entrance to the rooms. Staff was very friendly and nice and was constantly asking if we needed anything. Breakfast was a chef’s kiss with generous portions. And the location was great (800m from the beach, 150m from bus stop). Calm surroundings but safe at night. +++great playlist the morning while having breakfast

I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for a few nights in September. The location was excellent, situated in the heart of the city's historic district and close to all major attractions. This boutique hotel is family-run, and their daughters, Ecem and Helin, were exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting me throughout my stay. The courtyard of the boutique hotel is stunning and serene, making it a wonderful spot to relax in the evenings. My room and bathroom were spotless, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located - a 5 minutes walk from the center and parking spot nearby, Paye is very nice exteriorly and interiorly. The structure is very clean, the room is wide and comfortable and there is an internal garden with a pool that is giving super relaxing vibes. The breakfast was very good, everyday was different options and based on local and fresh products. Last but not least, everyone starting from the owner, very kind and welcoming. Definitely must be back here.

One of the best hotel for stay

We spent wonderful days in the best atmosphere and the best hotel. We felt just like at home. The breakfasts were simply excellent — everything was filled with care and warmth.
