The apartment was huge, front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating Furniture was of high quality , luxury bathroom fittings Parking was a plus, this is situated in one of the VIP areas of Istanbul

First of all the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They keep the property clean, helped quickly with all the asks we had. Location is great, there is a small shopping mall with carrefour and some fast food options right by the apartments, also just 10 min walking to the huge shopping mall and train station, where you can take a train right to the downtown. The apartment itself was very clean, renovated, spacious, and quiet, also it was great to have a pool. Overall I would definitely recommend to stay here, especially if you want to visit Istanbul, but don't want to stay downtown in the tourist chaotic zone!

Very clean and easy to check in.

Very clean, comfortable and it was so good for rest after business meetings. Stuff was very frinedly and helpfull. It was connected to pulman hotel wich made our trip best side. Everytjing was good. Only the problem was that after finish our business confrance in Oulman hotel quite we were fat from hystorical and turist places. Otherwise very close are seversl cofeeshops and nice olaces. Good for travel and relax

Throughout our stay, Ms. Rüya was extremely attentive and helpful. We had seen her name mentioned in reviews before arriving at the hotel, and she truly lived up to the praise. She is very polite, caring, and genuinely goes out of her way to assist guests. She personally helped us with our room upgrade, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the metro, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, we were generally satisfied. Additionally, the hotel’s gym is excellent and well-equipped, perfect for those who want to keep up with their workouts. Overall, considering Ms. Rüya’s exceptional service and the hotel’s amenities, our stay was a very positive experience.

Everything was clean and had all the amenities to make you feel at home.

There is no hot water in apartment nd they not tell about this they mentioned dofabed in hall but they don’t know my son sleep one night on the ground they r very rude there is no transport facilities there is no shops in the building we have to go 1 kilometer for buying water they not cooperate with us we r requesting for some time because our flight in the evening but they send cleaner before time nd building are under construction only some units are available so I never recommend a family or tourist to go there u can spend lots of money in the taxi .very bad experience we faced in our life
