Vacation Rentals in Ayvalık

It was my second visit at this hotel. Rooms, pool, breakfeast, other food options and helpful staff made us so happy. Rooms has kitchen with full equipments.Property has own sand beach which is 5 min drive to hotel.

It was spacious and close to the beach. The breakfast was good. The greenery around the hotel was well maintained.

Great location for a family vacation. Very quiet and safe. No bars or night clubs around. Troy is 2.5 hour drive Carrefour 10 min walk. We spent (family with 10-year old child) 5 days perfectly lazy days there. Went to Troy on one of the days and Aivalyk on another.

The place was simply wonderful and the staff was very welcoming and friendly . Location was very convenient-access to the beach was from the hotel and public beaches were only a short drive away. Restaurants and boardwalk were 3-4 min drive and were open till late in evening along with the market . The town of Ayvalik was also only a 10 min drive . Breakfast at the hotel was very elaborate and sumptuous . A special thanks to Metin for making us feel so welcome.

It is very nice newly open hotel in a quiet place, far from noise but close to the centre of Ayvalik. There is always domestic water at the facility (there is a problem in Ayvalik with water supply) due to availability of water reservoirs, so you never have problem with taking shower. The host is very interesting person, erudited, who you can have a nice talk during the evening tea or cup of coffee in the backyard of the property. We had no problems by leaving our bags at the early arrival, and leaving the stuff till evening after checkout in the reception.

I liked the location. It was very easy to find and close to shops.

The property’s location is excellent, good balance of being close to the town centre but far enough away to be quiet. It is well organised, very clean and comfortable beds. The hostess is amongst the best I have experienced, very attentive and concerned about guests enjoying her property and her lovely city.

Amazing staff , great breakfast and hospitality

Very warm welcome by our host Mentes, extended breakfast in their garden, excellent beds and bath rooms. Host always avaialble to help and assist. Situated in the old center of Ayvalik. 3 min walk to the dolmus station.

If you are looking for cleanliness and hygiene, choose it without hesitation. If you have dinner at the restaurant, you will understand how distinguished it is.

Amazing guesthouse and host! The room and bathroom is spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located 3 minutes from the center of the town. Quiet location.

Quaint guest house located on the south side of town, on the edge of a forest. Comfortable, clean room with private bathroom and refrigerator. Deck with an ocean view. The wonderful host gave us a tour of his orchard with many special fruit varietals. An excellent way to experience Ayvalik!

The room was very clean with a beautiful view over Ayvalık, and the view gets even more beautiful from upstairs, where breakfast is given, but at any time of the day you're welcome to hang out and drink some coffee or tea upstairs. The breakfast was very delicious and the hosts were very accommodating with dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten-free, but I would recommend reaching out beforehand to the hosts about any dietary restriction). The hotel is in a pretty neighborhood and it is very sweet strolling around it. The owners are also incredibly kind and really do their best to be accommodating; a big thanks to them! Oh, yes, and did I already mention the view?

Location is next to beach. Apartment has a huge terrace which is also a plus It was clean and spacious.
