Nothing short of Exceptional! Modern and beautifully kept clean. Everything you can possibly need for a stay was at our fingertips! It was home away from home! Definitely returning next year!

The staff was extremely sweet and accommodating, the building felt very safe as the entrance doors were always locked and in order to get in you needed either your key or access from the 24 hr concierge. The room was clean and spacious, it had everything you could possibly need which i appreciated! Elevators and hallways extremely clean, and it was very quiet and peaceful, it was very pleasant.

Location was excellent, staff were really friendly, room was absolutely cosy and cute. Definitely worth more than 2 star review on Google!

Starting two days before my stay I received clear instructions from the property team. Then as I had a few hiccups in my travels, they were instantly communicative and understanding. I've honestly never stayed at a place like this where the staff was so quick to respond (even after 10pm) and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The location is also incredibly central (just a 20 minute walk to the convention I was working) and there's coffee shops, pizza joints and a 711 literally around the corner.

Its perfectly situated between the transportation lines and it's very easy to get around.

The location is excellent with the perfect mix of shops, restaurants and hotels, so you could spend a whole day just on that street. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very professional and friendly. The recommendations they give speak of the detailed knowledge of the city they have.

Best location in the South End! Concord SQ is a beautiful street, in a classic brownstone. Walking distance to everything, resultants, shopping, parks, everything. Apartment is as it looks in pictures, very spacious, comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed for my stay.

The apartment was in the most convenient location, right across from the commons and a quick walk to anywhere else we needed to go! Beautiful decor and super comfortable.
