Location was great, right in the middle of Old St. Augustine which made it easy to tour around town and not have to worry where to park. Carriage Way did offer on-site parking. Staff very kind and friendly. My husband loved being greeted with an offer of wine, soda, water. Also available was coffee and tea and maybe other items, I didn't get a chance to go look. Cream Sherry in the room besides small refrigerator offering sodas and water. Nice size bathroom with a jet tub, big walk-in shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body lotion, along with bathrobes. The Emerald room is on the bottom floor with only two steps to get in the room, which was perfect for my husband who walks with a cane. Breakfast was great! Kudos to the chef!

The hot tub was amazing.The location was perfect,so close to everything!The hosts made our stay awesome,they had everything we needed for our stay.We have a large family so this place accommodated us well.It was a serene place.One more important thing,the parking is incredible.
