Property was fantastic!! The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I am a 100% disabled Veteran and what I really enjoyed having was the Handicapped ♿️ Parking almost right outside the door. The hot shower in the bathroom (with 7 speeds) is also worth mentioning.

Location to Iona University was awesome.

It was a very warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home. Every one I encountered was nice warm and welcoming.

Wonderful landlord, very clean and well organized

The location was great! only 45 minutes away from the city. Cleo was very friendly. I got lucky because I had good housemates. The place was clean. My room was big and very comfortable to stay in. The amenities were also top notch.
