I live in the U.S. and came to visit my sick father who was staying at St. Marina hospital. I loved how clean, cozy, and close to the hospital the apartment was. I had everything that I needed at my fingertips and it felt like home. The owner promptly answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I will recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in the area.

The property is really cozy. It is exactly you see it on the photos. The kitchen and the living room are spacious. Each detail is filled with passion and love by the hosts. Quite big and fully equipped even to cook yourself. The distance to down town is like 8 min. away. Next to the apartment is Careffouir that is 24/7.

We go to Varna quite often, but now we’ve finally found the best hotel in town. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this good. Every detail is made with love. It has everything you need and even more. Absolutely beautiful apartment! Zhenya is a kind and generous host, which created a very comfortable place which really give you home feeling. The place in renovated, was extremely clean, quiet, and even the towels were new and soft. Kitchen if fully equipped (👌👏), has everything you need, oil, vinegar, spices, etc. Also a bottle of mineral water was waiting for me, and some snacks. I had really good experience with the flat.

Just a 10-minute walk from Bunite Beach and 600 yards from Varna Zoo, Luxury apartment in building K55 with free garage features accommodations in Varna City with a garden, a bar, and barbecue...

The apartment was way bigger than we expected, it was nice. It was clean. And the location was quite nice- not very close to the beach, but next to the main square.

A 2-minute walk from Sveti Konstantin South Beach in Saints Constantine and Helena, Luxe Sea features accommodations with access to a fitness room.

Great location and underground parking made this an easy choice. Parking in this area can be hard to find and expensive. Luxe Sea includes parking! :-) The attention to details like coffee, clean sheets and towels, paper towels for the sink, laundry and dish tablets made it perfect. Wifi worked great. The water feature in the courtyard was perfect to fall asleep to each night. We have stayed in many places in Bulgaria the past 3 years and this was the best yet.

Matches photos. Has all you need for a short stay. Friendly and helpful hosts. Thorough check-in instructions. It has a supermarket right next to it and free parking around (planned to become a paid zone in the future but not yet despite the signs saying so). Not too far from the center and sea garden. Roller blinds provide darkness for sleep.
