This has been one of my best experiences I have ever had at a hotel! The owner was extremely kind and made sure that we could have a great time. She prepared for free a full three-day itinerary customized for us, arranged a driver and bought all the tickets that we needed. Moreover, she made sure to follow up with us and was available to reply to our questions. That alone saved us hundreds of dollars. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big and have everything you need. Also, the location is very convenient right next to the National Park and it is a lovely place to relax. They can also prepare customized meals for you at a low price. I recommend 100%, you will have a great time!

The room, the pillows and best of all its walking distance to the gate of the national forest park! There is a lot of food downstairs or I can say, everywhere! The host are awesome and after u check in, they will automatically guide + plan for u how to enjoy urself based on the numbers of days u will stay. They even help u book all the tickets to the places u want to go even after u check out. If in between, u got lost or unsure, feel free to contact them and they will help u. Definitely the place I will want to return should I visit again. During check in, they even gave me fruits and on my last day, they gift me small bottles of China white wine as present!

The owner was so nice and accommodating. They prepared delicious vegetarian breakfast for us, knowing that we did not eat pork. They also helped carry our luggage to the second floor.

Fantastic location. The host kindly met me at the city gate to guide me to the property, which could have been hard to locate on my own. They also helped me arrange a taxi when I was departing!

The hotel is located in front of the river, close to a main street with a lot of souvenir stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and made sure to explain to us the region and how to make the best of our tours (we had already booked the tours when we arrived there, but if you don't, they can help you doing that).

Zhangjiajie Mount View Cottage is a recently renovated guest house in Zhangjiajie where guests can make the most of the garden and barbecue facilities.

Rebecca and her family own a beautiful hotel near Zhangjiajie National Park. They are really good people and they offer an outstanding, heartwarming service. The optional western breakfast and the dinner are superb and the bed was actually the most comfortable in my whole trip to China. Hopefully one day i will be able to return to zhangjiajie, and hopefully to this same hotel. Rebecca speaks perfect english which is a plus that does not sound like too much, but trust me, is valuable as gold after a couple of weeks traveling in China.

Extremely helpful owner that went above and beyond. He spent so much time explaining the best routes to take, laid out how much time each part of the park will take and all the prices for cableways and alternative paths. Also let us know the parts of the park that are currently closed so we don't waste any time. There is a microwave, he will put any items in the fridge for you, and also kindly helped us figure out laundry on the roof. Location can't get any better, dozens of restaurants in the area and Zhangjiajie gate was exactly a 5 minute walk away.
