To begin with, the hotel, which is located in a historic neighborhood, offered parking closeby. The design of the room and the furnishings were top notch. We enjoyed the balcony off the room. The cafe/bistro offers a nice selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we return to Arta, we will definitely choose Piccadilly House again.

Santa Marina 2 is located in Ioannina, just a 17-minute walk from Silversmithing Museum of Ioannina and 0.9 miles from Byzantine Museum of Ioannina.

I had a great stay here. The space was comfortable overall, and the beds were exceptionally cozy — I slept better than expected. The property made for a relaxing, easy visit, and I’d happily stay again.

I use Booking for years. Athina Home is probably the best value for money we have ever gotten. Clean, comfortable, conscientious owner, very very well accessorized (stove, micro, coffee machine, electric kettle, very good fridge, everything you need in the kitchen- clean and new). Nothing not to like.10 minute walk to old city. Totally recommend
