The location was perfect and ample food and drink was always available. The air conditioning worked fine and if I wanted to sleep in the early evening, I could close the windows and it was quiet.

It's a super-modern hotel style apartment in the middle of the town, overlooking the sea. We chose it as it was literally just around the corner from the start of the Elba Half Marathon we attended. Everything is in walking distance. A great restaurant/bar on the ground floor just opposite of the beach. Excellent for a long weekend getaway, or a base to explore the island.

Luca was extremely courteous and helpful when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located, right on the beach with a coffee shop next door. It’s just a five minute walk to the town centre. All the necessary kitchen equipment is provided, although we would have appreciated a coffee machine and a few basic provisions such as salt, oil and washing up liquid. Internet connection is good, it’s great to have a washing machine, and the view from the terrace is spectacular. The bed (with brand new mattress and pillows) is really comfortable, and we had a very relaxed and happy stay. Bring your jelly-shoes for the shingly beach!
