* Great facilities. The apartment was big and fully-equipped (with a kitchen and washing machine). The bathroom was a bit traditional, including a shower for bathing and a bathtub for relaxing afterwards, which was really nice. * Nice location. The hotel is close to Shin Sekai, which has many places to eat (we could even see Tsutenkaku Tower from our window). Metro and train stations were 5-10 minutes away, making it easy to get around. * Modern hotel. It was a self-checkin/checkout hotel, with little interaction with hotel staff. They received our luggage from the previous hotel and left it in our apartment with our permission. The apartment was well-prepared and up to the standards of current travelers.

Just a 3-minute walk from Namba Subway Station, Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka offers studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi. The Residence features a fitness center and a sauna.

This property was great for a large family. We had a group of 9 and we all had our own bed and slept very comfortably. Washcloths, towels and toiletries were provided for all 9 of us. There was a taxi stand right outside of the property and the train was a couple blocks away. The customer service we received through the entire process was A+. The staff was consistently available to answer any questions that we had.

1. the baggage storage area was really good . has locks and everything. the lobby also had a toilet 2. location close to convenience store and the station . close to coin laundry too (room has washer but no dryer) 3. having a separation sliding door inside the room that separates the two beds is a huge bonus . 4. a vending machine right outside is great to buy a morning coffee

The location was great since it was close to two conbinis and right outside a train station. A catholic church was walking-distance too, about a 10-minute walk and mostly flat. The flat was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 adults and 2 children below 3. Having two bathrooms was great too!

The property was ideal for everything me and my wife wanted to do while in Osaka. Dotonbori and Universal were just a few train stations away, and the Aeon mall was less than a ten minute walk. If you’re into walking at night it is very peaceful with a few parks nearby and convenience stores as well. Aside from location the space itself was very large compared to other hotels in the area. A full bathroom with a washer for your clothes, a kitchen with everything you need to make a simple meal or snack and two beds and a little coffee table to help you feel more comfortable.
