I loved staying here for 3 nights in September. Such a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Trieste. Huge comfortable bed and everything you need in the bathroom. The good sized (well stocked with cold water) fridge was much appreciated. Fulvio the host had great advice which I'm so glad I followed. He suggested both the Caffè San Marco (beautiful) and Ristorante Bianco with its canalside setting...I had great eating experiences at both. And great advice about getting the #6 bus to Miramare castle rather than the train. Thank you Fulvio! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to visit beautiful Trieste again.

The property is spacious, well lighted and comfortable. Good bed, pillows and excellent shower. The apartment is located on a beautiful peatonal street, walking distance from train station and center. Many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby. Massimo the owner is very responsive all the time, also before our arrival and provided us with all the information needed for an easy and pleasant stay. Fully recommended.

Clean, modern, and comfortable. Galley amenities were excellent. It had a coffee/tea pot, which is rare in Italy. Very nice bed for two adults. All fixtures and air conditioning worked well. Great internet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommended Trieste 411 and would stay here again.

Truly exceptional. The place is new and modern and you can see that they have put effort and quality furniture, lighting, walls... More than that the service surpasses what you would expect from a 3 stars vila! It feels like a five 5 hotel! The lady offered us a welcome drink, gave us great recommendation for dinner restaurant, had left chocolate on the bed and even offered free morning coffee. I wish we had stayed more time.

The location is in the countryside (easily seen by the road since the tiles on the roof of the main building spell the farm name !), with some animal farm around (horses, poneys, goat, donkeys) which is always nice for adults and children alike! The apartment we had (two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a toilet room and a terrace) was spick and span, big and comfortable. It would have been able to host 6 persons (while we were only two plus a two years old). The breakfast was very good with mostly products of the farm and so was the dinner. Nice playground outside and inside ! 10-15 minutes from Prostojna cave, 20 from Predjama Castle, 20 minutes from Skocjan cave. Staff very helpful and friendly, and part of the big family which runs it. If we go back to the region we would be glad to come back!

When we arrived we were so tired, when saw the palace and the room, it was like magic! Absolutely one of the best room so far. The bed was so comfortable, the room was the cleanest and very spacious! We also met the staff, kind and enthusiastic! Trieste was beautiful, this place made it even more!
