Outstanding location on the river. HUGE room with top quality beds and bedding (5 star quality). Location was perfect! Staff were lovely and rooms spotless. We stayed in their family room which was enormous and absolutely beautiful views. We loved having a bath on the balcony.

This place was a great find! It was super clean with two big rooms and a spacious and sparkly clean bathroom. It was easy to find and in a nice, quiet area. While it's not super central, we found a pretty, shaded walkway along the river that took us downtown quickly. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is 15 minutes from the center of Lampang, in a very quiet location. Most of all, we loved the host, Jaja, who was immediately very kind and helpful to us. We also loved doing the cooking class with her, which was offered at a very affordable price. We absolutely recommend it!

Very nice and pretty property with very clean, nicely furnished and quiet rooms. The family who runs it are very nice and helpful. The breakfasts were also good. We really enjoyed the location - it’s not right in town but an easy walk to it. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

I feel like this place was better than it's pictures! It's very spacious, with lots of natural light, and everything you need for an extended stay. Microwave and kettle came in handy, plus the wifi was great. There's more than enough space for luggage, great restaurants and cafes nearby, and kitchen utensils. The bed is hard, but this is our preference, so we enjoyed it.
